Seems to me, that there are people, who are examining this case, from entirely different perspectives!
There are those who whole heartedly believe that Jeremy Bamber, had killed the five members of his family, and that he it was who had staged his sister's death on the parents bedroom floor as a suicide, with the specific intention of portraying Sheila as the killer, and she having been responsible for her own death, by way of Suicide, where she had shot herself in the neck twice!

I have grave concerns regarding the suggestion that Jeremy Bamber had shot anyone that particular night, let alone that he should attempt to present his sister's death, as a straight forward suicide...

I have never once suggested that Sheila Caffell had taken her own life, and believed this to be true, because such a suggestion is not / and cannot possibly be true!
Sheila Caffell did not shoot herself, and she did not kill herself by the process of suicide!
She was, infact,murdeted!!!

The question regarding who had murdered her raises it's ugly head, time and time again! (a) Was it Jeremy? (b) Did the police shoot Sheila dead? Or (c) had she taken her own life by way of her own suicide?

How can I as a mere mortal be certain that Jeremy played no part or any role in this scenario?

I present the following, scenario and circumstances of the case, as to why Jeremy Bamber could not and did not have anything whatsoever to do with his sister's death, or the staging of her death scene as a suicide, there on the parents bedroom floor!

(1) the anshuzt rifle used in the shooting of Sheila Caffell in the kitchen by 7.35am, was still resting against the first floor box room window, and could not have been used in the initial shooting of Sheila downstairs in the kitchen ( bullet PV/20)..

(2) - even by 8.44am when the police surgeon, visited the main bedroom and he saw the body of Sheila Caffell laid on the far side of the bed, with the anshuzt rifle alongside her body, and that she had a solitary bullet wound on her neck by that stage, is it possible to prove or to establish that the anshuzt rifle had fired that very first shot (PV/20)...

(2) - even by 8.44am when the police surgeon, Dr Craig visited the main bedroom and he saw the body of Sheila Caffell laid on the far side of the bed, with the anshuzt rifle alongside her body, and that she had a solitary bullet wound on her neck by that stage, is it possible to prove or to establish that the anshuzt rifle had fired that very first shot (PV/20)...
(3) - thereafter, it seems somewhat logical to assume, that the second shot (bullet PV/19) was fired via the anshuzt rifle!

The weapon that was alongside her body by that stage (8.44am) must have been the gun which fired the fatal shot which killed her...
The net result is that Sheila Caffell was not shot on the second occasion until after 8.44am...

Jeremy Bamber, was at all times in the company of one police officer, or another throughout the entire period, 3.52am, onwards, beyond 9.00am - he therefore could not have been held accountable or responsible for inflicting the crucial 2nd shot which got fired into Sheila Caffell's neck after 8.44am...
This must be true, because at all times Jeremy Bamber did not set foot inside the farmhouse at any stage that particular morning - the only people who went towards the farmhouse with a view to entering it, and thus bringing the ongoing seige to a conclusion, were the armed officers entered the premises by 7.35am...

Ewen Smith, who had a personal meeting with, the retired police surgeon, Dr Craig discovered in the clearest terms imaginable that at the time he pronounced Sheila Caffell as being dead at 8.44am, that there was only the one bullet entry wound to Sheila's neck by that stage!

Bear that in mind, because there is no way that Jeremy Bamber could have been present inside the farmhouse after 8.44am, to enable him to inflict the second shot which effectively killed his sister outright, as soon as the second bullet struck home!

Ewen Smith is now a CCRC Commissioner, but he can't use his influence to take Bambers case back to the court of appeal...

In my opinion, the CCRC are not fit for purpose, they were only put in the system to slow down the rate at which miscarriages of justice came to light!

The CCRC are basically fucking useless, spineless, fakers who get paid huge salaries for basically doing fuck all worth while!
You might as well employ a group of convicted ex cons to refer what they believe to be miscarriages of justice back to the court of appeal!
The wrong people are dealing with these potential miscarriages of justice!
