For info

This one sounds a bit like an episode of The Archers.  The acting is decent tbf.

Soundtrack should be '85.

Yes especially the guy who plays Malcolm Waters. I don't know what the Campaign Team hopes to gain from this though.

It would be good if Mike could post Liz Rimmington's WS if he has it.

It seems the CT are agreeing that Julie told several other people before talking to the police.

Obviously the dramatisation has Julie as a hysterical, devastated and vindictive woman. Which doesn't match a working woman studying for her second degree.

Julie made what at the time she would assume would be a lone crusade to convict an innocent Bamber a month after the massacre.  Because he apparently jilted her.

The CT said Malcolm Walters rang the police. Which does not really mean anything. Julie made a 34 WS, testified and has never retracted.

I don't agree with Nugs that everything in her WS she read in the newspapers the day after the massacre.

Most of what is in her WS is to do with Bamber's plans & what he told her about the massacre. None of that would be in the following days newspapers as they were just reporting on Sheila as the killer.

Listened to the first 5.5 minutes. Hammy beyond belief. It's certainly NOT "verbatim". They've taken everything said in the WS and re-presented it in a way that best serves their purpose. It started off badly because it was allegedly a female, not a male, who made the initial call to the police.
