At 7:45am, "Linda" in the control room, contacted SOCO (DS Neil Davidson at home, and requested that he attend the office, because police at whf were dealing with an incident, involving, a murder, and a suicide..
Does anyone know if there is any kind of documentary evidence for this? Mike, if there is no documentary evidence for this event, is it possible to get more info from you on the source for this event?
Thanks...

Can anyone help with this? ::)

Hi, it's mentioned on this thread:

Thanks very much for that. I did try looking for it but just couldn't find it. Maybe I couldn't find it because there is confusion re the name. She is both Linda and Leslie? Leslie on the handwritten document. It pretty much seals things for me now, in my view. I had thought that it was being alleged that we only had Mike Tesko's word for the 7.45am 'suicide' tag.
Surely all of these documents were not available at appeal? If they were, I find it staggering that any appeal judge could be persuaded to buy the line that the police had, through the kitchen window, mistook the body of Neville for the body of a nondescript female.
The corrupt veneer that the police have been allowed to cover these logs with is so thin, it's like a dirty varnish.

Now we can accept that Linda phoned Davidson.
So why was it that Linda did not phone Hammersley herself. Did she try to phone and it did not get answered...?
So anyway Davidson claims to have phoned Hammersley...so we have to rely on his word..which seems an iffy thing to do.
Why was there 2 different times on the dodgy long for Davidson setting off for whf and even the later time has his journey taking an excessive amount of time compared to others.
On original later set off time of 8.38 am and arrival at whf of 9.16 am...that is a 38 minute journey...one that took others about 20 minutes...

The trial transcript for Hammersley has Hammersley saying he arrived with Detective Constable Davidson.
has Hammersley a problem recognising Davidsons rank as other paperwork has Davidson as a DS.
-
Davidson in his COLP interview claims to have supervised Hammersley on the 7th etc.
However Hammersley claimed to be supervised by Cook.
Thats odd...now I wonder ... was Hammersly really there...did he not realise that Davidson was a DS and not a DC and if thinking he was a DC and not outranking him....that he had to say he was supervised by Cook.
FLUFFED FABRICATIONS IT SEEMS.

Smiffy, I believe I have also seen Davidson mentioned as a "D I" on here too?

Bear in mind some police officers may have been promoted between the trial and the COLP enquiry. That may explain some apparent discrepancies.

that cant be the case with this Hammersley and Davidson screw up as the paperwork when created had it as DS Davidson.
