For over three decades the fact that Neville Bambers 'O' type blood was found impregnated and splashed on the nightdress worn by Sheila Caffell when she shot him, and the three other victims, has remained hidden away unrecognised! But now the truth can be revealed! At long last some tangible proof that Sheila really did shoot and struggle with Neville Bamber!

The bodies of Neville Bamber (kitchen) and Sheila Caffell (main bedroom) were staged and photographed in different parts of the farmhouse, Neville downstairs, Sheila upstairs!

The only way Neville Bambers 'O' type blood could have got onto Sheila's nightdress was by spurting, dripping, or slashing onto it from above! Neville Bamber was much taller than Sheila, he would have towered high above her whilst trying to retrieve the rifle from her in a struggle which took place downstairs in the kitchen after Neville had already received one or more of the non fatal shots to his body (thus incapacitating him to a certain degree). A badly wounded Neville Bamber was hardly a match for Sheila in a frenzied mood armed with a loaded rifle!!

A bigger picture is beginning to emerge now, police tampering with the bodies of victims, police moving the rifle around, police and Lab' experts keeping silent about Neville Bambers blood being present on Sheila Caffells nightdress, and two lots of animals blood potentially containing the key 'AK/1' blood enzyme found to be present inside the sound moderator!

There are several references to 'O' type blood having been found on Sheila's nightdress when it was originally examined, out numbering the 'A' type blood that was also found upon it!
Four references to 'A' type blood being present upon the nightdress, and five separate references to Neville Bambers and or Daniel and Nicholas Caffells 'O' type blood being present on the same nightdress! This is very conclusive evidence in support of Sheila and Neville Bamber having struggled somewhat after Neville had already been shot and wounded!
We even have a signature, confirming all of this as being true!

Five separate 'O' type blood samples taken from Sheila Caffells nightdress! It is also possible that where 'A' and 'O' blood mixed together, that the 'O' blood type would be masked by the 'A'..

'Stan' Jones, and 'Mick' Clark told Ann Eaton that when they saw Sheila and Junes bodies laid on top of the bed in the main bedroom', that the rifle was laid on the bed in-between both women, and that Sheila had a bible on her chest! I think it was Caroline who introduced the following image which to my mind serves to support the contention that at some stage there was a bible on Sheila's chest! We know that at the time Jones and Clark visited the main bedroom scene and witnessed the above (around 9.10am) that Sheila had only been shot once by that stage! In one version of DS Jones statements he describes how upon seeing Sheila that she 'looked so peaceful', and 'as if she was simply asleep'..
The stark truth of the matter is that is precisely the state that Sheila was in at that stage, she was deeply unconscious as though sleeping!She had what appeared to be a single shot to her neck with barely any visible blood flowing from the wound!
The presence of the bible upon Sheila's chest by this stage (as told to Ann Eaton by Clark and Jones) is a very interesting turn of events, since this viewing of the bible there upon her chest took place prior to the infliction of the second shot beneath her chin at 9.13am!

In the photograph of Sheila on the bed that I had possession of, there is no bloodied fingermarks on the front lower part of her light blue nightdress! There is no blood at all on the nightdress, no blood around the collar of it, and certainly none of the heavy bloodstaining which contaminated the right hand side of the nightdress once she got shot a second time!

With this in mind, and taking into account the good work done by Caroline in piecing this imagery together, and having regard to what PS Adams had to say regarding the position of the bible as having been differently positioned in photographs he was shown as opposed to where he recollected he had seen the bible himself when he had visited the main bedroom scene at around 9 O'clock that morning, it falls to be pondered upon, exactly what must have occurred with Sheila's body, the position of the bible, and the rifle, after Adams had seen 'these', and of course, after Jones and Clark had also seen 'those'?

As I say, in the photograph of Sheila on the bed, there is no bible anywhere on or near her body, also no rifle on or near the body, also no bloodied fingermarks on the front lower side of her blue nightdress, and certainly no heavy bloodstaining on the right hand side of the same in the region of her right armpit, etc!

I believe after much contemplation that it can now be fully explained!
To begin with, there was no blood on the fingers or Sheila's right hand whilst her body was laid on top of the bed! At least none is visible in the photograph I had or which I saw! A bible was placed on Sheila's chest by a police officer whilst her body was laid on top of the bed! The gun was brought to the bed and placed upon it inbetween the bodies of the two women! At this stage there was none of the heavy blood staining on the collar of the nightdress and none in the region of the right shoulder of the same! After Dr Craig, Ps Adams, Clark and Jones had viewed the bedroom scene at varying times within minutes of eachother, or whatever, the bodies of the two women were removed from the bed! As viewed from the vantage point of being stood at the foot of the bed looking at the bodies of both victims upon the bed, June was on the right, Sheila on the left! Cops removed Junes body off the bed and placed it to the right of the bed near to the main bedroom door which leads to the landing and the main stairs! Sheila's body was lifted from the bed and placed on the bedroom floor at the left hand side (on her back)..

This lot is the motley crew who tampered with, and stage managed the main bedroom crime scene after 9am, and who are solely responsible for staging Sheila Caffells death scene in possession of the anshuzt rifle, and the bible, as per the images recorded by PC Bird (SOCO) after 10 O'clock...

Once Sheila's body was removed from the bed onto the floor on the left hand side of the bed, the loaded anshuzt rifle was brought onto her body for 'gauging' purposes! At this time a parker hale silencer was fitted to the end of the rifles barrel! The muzzle of the silencer was pressed against the solitary bullet wound already inflicted on her neck, with the rifle laid on top of her body! With the loaded rifle in this position police tried to adapt Sheila's fingers to the trigger mechanism but with the silencer attached to guns barrel, it proved to be an impossible task, the distance / measurement between muzzle to trigger was too great! So the rifle was removed from the body and the parker hale silencer was taken off! At this time blood had oozed from the single wound onto and into the aperture of the silencer! pressure from the muzzle of the aforementioned silencer caused a corresponding area of the skin around the entry wound on the neck to become lightly bruised!
(This is my explanation for how Sheila Caffells uniquie blood could have got into the silencer, and why there is a ringed bruising around the circumference of the lower bullet entry wound upon Sheila Caffells neck, which is visible in photographs)! This parker hale silencer (SBJ/1) was collected from the scene by DS Jones and subsequently handed to DCI Jones that same day who retained possession of it on his desk at Witham Police Station. On evening of 9th August 1985, the silencer was returned back at the farmhouse at the time DCI Jones, and DS Jones handed the keys of the farmhouse back to Ann Eaton, and gave her a tour of the farmhouse. This silencer was placed back in to so called 'gun cupboard' located in 'the den', otherwise referred to as 'the downstairs office'...

On the following day (10th August 1985) the relatives recovered the same silencer (originally referred to by the identifying mark of 'SBJ/1') and eventually after retaining possession of it for a couple of days or so, DS Jones collected it from Peter Eaton on evening of 12th August 1985! This is my explanation for how the silencer came back into police possession...

Continuing with the circumstances of how Sheila Caffell ended up getting shot a second time and being killed during the performance of 'informatives' being conducted by the group of senior officers already previously identified..
Once the parker hale silencer had been taken off, the silencerless anshuzt rifle was placed back on top of Sheila Caffells body, the muzzle of the barrel pressed beneath her chin, the foresite on the barrel becoming bloodstained due to fresh looking blood having oozed from the entry wound lower down on her neck!
The fingers of Sheila's right hand were manipulated around / upon / against the trigger mechanism, and whilst this was being done the rifle discharged a shot which sent a bullet up through the base and the roof of her mouth and which became deposited in her brain! Immediately upon this occurring the anshuzt rifle was whisked away off her body and cops witnessed the fingers of Sheila's right hand spring against her own neck in an attempt to sooth the pain and stop blood from gushing out. Cops rolled her body into the recovery position on its right side! At this time the fingers of her right hand were pressed against the second wound on her neck, her right arm was folded beneath her body! Police rolled Sheila back into the supine position and removed her fingers from her neck, which were bloodstained! Blood which continued to pour from the most recent wound over ran the bloody fingermarks created in that region by Sheila's fingers! When cops rolled her body back into the supine position blood which had pooled in her mouth escaped to the left hand side of her mouth!

Bloodstaining on the right hand side of the collar of the light blue nightdress, and the triangular shaped bloodstaining on the upper right hand side of the same nightdress were caused because police had rolled Sheila into the recovery position, after she had received the second fatal shot!

A consequence of police having shot Sheila dead in these circumstances on the bedroom floor, a pool of blood was created on the bedroom carpet to the left hand side of her body (as viewed by looking at her) which cops attempted to conceal by placing the 'open paged bible' from her chest over it so that the bible then appeared to be resting against the outer part of her upper right arm! (this is my explanation for why the bible ended up where it did in time for PC Bird to photograph it there after 10 am...

Somewhere during the aforementioned sequence, DC OAKEY and DC Henderson took photograph no. 23, which shows the anshuzt rifle resting against the main bedroom window, which 'Ron' Cook was at pains to mention during his trial testimony was a photograph taken by PC Bird, and video footage capturing what was and had taken place!

The raid team could not have found Sheila Caffells body on the bedroom floor in possession of the anshuzt rifle, and Sheila already having been shot twice in the neck, because (a) her body was downstairs in the kitchen as confirmed by the contents of the contempoareously recorded police radio message logs timed at 7.35am, 7.37am, 7.38am, 7.42am, and 7.45am, (b) it couldn't have been one of the three bodies upstairs by 8.10am, (c) the rifle which was later photographed on her body after 10 O'clock was 'resting against the first floor box room' window at 7.15am, (d) Sheila's body was laid on the bed according to Jones and Clark before it was 'moved to the bedroom floor' (e) Sheila's bloodied fingers and right hand was 'resting on the pages of the bible' and the 'front lower part of her nightdress' before it was repositioned upon the gun after the bible was removed from her chest and the rifle 'added', (f) Cops could 'not have assumed that she had taken her own life' because of one or more' or a combination of 'all' these factors!
The claim that cops were fooled into believing Sheila had 'committed suicide' by a deviously cold calculating murderer can no longer be relied upon, because that suggestion is 'nothing but a state lie'...

Supporting evidence to 'confirm there was an attack alarm' which was activated from within the farmhouse by 3.29am, is contained in 'a police telex message' log. All types of alarm such as 'intruder alarms' and 'attack alarms' which were fed directly through to the police are 'automatically recorded' there as one of many telex messages 'when' activated! The times that police units got deployed to respond to such occurences are 'also' recorded! There is little doubt from what I have seen that 'PC Myall' left to go to the farmhouse 'long before the occupants of CA07' containing 'PS Bews' and 'PS Saxby' did! The telex message log I have seen has 'the occupants of CA07' being deployed to the incident at '3.45am', not 3.35am! Bonnetts 'handwritten note' that the occupants of 'CA07' were deployed to the incident at '3.35am', and that they 'arrived' there at '3.48am', is false! From his console (6) in the incident room 'he typed' in the fact that 'CA07 were deployed at 3.45am', hence why in the police 'telex message' log it 'flagged up' correctly as 3.45am! The handwritten version of 'Malcolm Bonnetts' 3.26am log, therefore has 'misleading information' recorded upon it and in it. He 'typed' in at his keyboard that 'CA07 had been deployed to the incident at 3.45am', which was 'after Jeremy called Chelmsford police station' at 3.36am, why would he record the time 'inaccurately' as though they had been deployed '10 minutes' earlier? The answer seems clear to me, the handwritten phone log made by 'Malcolm Bonnett', was 'not' written up contemporaneously, it was made up and 'written out much later' on another occasion! Probably after the 'nature of the police investigation altered' from 'four murders and a suicide', into 'five murders', by which time the 'audio recordings' of Neville Bambers 3.26am call to Witham police station which 'got diverted' to Chelmsford incident room by the 'automated service' deployed back at Witham because there was 'no-one' available to take Nevilles call at that time, and 'Jeremys' call to Chelmsford police station at '3.36am', had both been (arguably) 'destroyed' or 'disposed of' because they were over '28 days' old. Bews and Saxby did 'not arrive' at the scene until '3.58am', they 'weren't there' at '3.48am', but 'PC Myall' was 'already there', he was there in time to see 'the scruffy looking hunched man walking away from the farmhouse' at '3.45am', not at 'about' 3.45am, and certainly not 'about an hour before the firearm officers arrived at the scene' (5am) in keeping with 'Kim Sengupta's News article' on the matter! The reason why 'Bonnetts' 3.26am phone log records the time that CA07 was deployed to the incident and arrived there, is recorded as having taken place 10 minutes sooner than they had been, was because at the time Bonnet wrote out the handwritten version of his 3.26am log, 'Jeremy' had already been interviewed in early September about the sequence with which 'he had called the police and his girlfriend' Julie Mugford! He told the 'interviewing officers' that he had called Julie first then the police! They took Jeremy to task on that asssertion 'reminding him' that on the morning of the incident he had told officers at the scene that 'he had tried phoning Witham police station' but had got no reply, and then 'he had phoned Julie'! Jeremy 'appeared confused' when challenged about this, and 'eventually conceded' that 'what he had originally told the officers at the scene' that he had tried to phone Witham police station before he had phoned Julie, and not the other way round, 'must be the true sequence' of events! But, 'Jeremy' had tried to contact Witham police 'before he phoned his girlfriend' but got no answer, and he had phoned Chelmsford police 'after he had spoken' to Julie! What the police knew and have known all along, is that 'Neville Bambers' distress call was made at 3.26am, and that 'Jeremys' call to Chelmsford occurred at 3.36am, 10 minutes later! Somebody in authority who was possibly 'trying to keep the lid on' the true nature of the 'incident' at the farmhouse (the murders of Neville, June and their two grandchildren on the one hand, and the 'circumstances of the death of Sheila', who perhaps may have originally been 'earmarked as the patsy' to take the blame for the other deaths, if we lean toward Giovanni De Stefano's explanation for what might have occured involving a spy ring conspiracy) realised that by presenting the time of 'Jeremys' 3.36am call to Chelmsford, as having occurred 10 minutes sooner, it would 'serve to mask the fact that Neville Bamber had made his distress call' at around the time that 'Jeremy' had attempted to contact Witham police station himself unsuccessfully! Hence why during the trial 'an attempt was made' to try and get 'PC West' to agree that he could have 'made a mistake' when looking at the control room clock by as much as 10 minutes. In the end though PC West 'wasn't prepared to accept' that he had made such a glaring error! The 'fact is', he didn't...
The contents of both logs (Bonnetts 3.26am log, and Wests 3.36am log) were 'never disclosed together', alongside one another during the trial, or the 'subsequent' failed appeal and the 'contradictory nature' of both were 'never considered' or 'debated, and no court 'judgement' given which dispensed the issues arising therein, because the prosecution made Jeremys call (PC Wests 3.36am log) the subject of 'a mistaken time' having been recorded by PC West. There was 'nothing presented' to suggest or imply that the 'contents of each log' supported the fact that Neville and Jeremy had contacted the police about the same matter, albeit 'couched in terminology' representative of 'Neville telling police himself' what was happening, and 'Jeremy telling police what Neville had told him' was happening!
