From the American journal of psychiatry. (Ironically 1985)

Post as many of these as you like - no evidence Sheila had akathisia or that she had such a reaction to haloperidol. She had been on it six months by the time of the murders and showed no such violent reactions - in fact, quite the opposite!
-
I see there's only one reference listed. So not much by way of back up.

David I admire you're tenancity. But you're 'forensic evidence breakthrough' was hand delivered to Bamber's legal team over a year ago. It's been binned.
You don't believe Sheila had a shower, so there should have been over 20 pieces of forensic evidence on her showing she had fired 26 bullets, reloaded twice & fought a man twice as big as her. There were none.
You need to join TomG, Sherlock & Susan, rather than flogging a dead horse.

Criminal cases just need one piece of forensic evidence linking a suspect to the crime.
Barry George had a speak of gun powder in his pocket, which was enough to get a conviction & appeals rejected. The unlikely contamination claim eventually worked but George was refused compensation.
Some convictions have no forensic evidence linking a suspect to a crime. Such as Tracie Andrews & Michael Stone. But still convictions are made and upheld.
The Bamber case has over 50 pieces of incriminating forensic evidence. Not sure what else people need.

There was plenty of forensic evidence against tracie Andrews.

Which is hardly surprising as she was known to be in the car with him when the incident occurred.

"Use a straw man. Find or create a seeming element of your opponent’s argument which you can easily knock down to make yourself look good and the opponent to look bad. Either make up an issue you may safely imply exists based on your interpretation of the opponent/opponent arguments/situation, or select the weakest aspect of the weakest charges. Amplify their significance and destroy them in a way which appears to debunk all the charges, real and fabricated alike, while actually avoiding discussion of the real issues."

What forensic evidence ?
The knife was never found. Neither was the road rage killer which nailed her.

David you don't believe Sheila had a shower.
Why are you accusing her of firing 26 bullets, reloading twice and fighting a man twice as big as her, if over 20 pieces of forensic evidence due on her, were not there ?

You forgot to mention Julie seeing the children which makes JB innocent ::)

Sheila does not need to have a shower to wash off your 20 pieces of insincere and untruthful junk.

Yes, that's JackieD's view as she believes she would not have identified the twins if in Julie's position.

David it's from the 2002 court of appeal. Sheila could not have fired a rifle 26 times, reloaded twice and fought a man twice as big as her and have -
Perfectly clean hands.
One blood mark on back of hand.
Extremley low levels of lead found on hands. Not consistent with handling a rifle. Significantly higher traces expected.
Well manicured finger nails.
No broken finger nails.
All hand nails in tact.
No marks or indentations on fingers.
No blood on finger tips.
No dirt on finger tips.
No powder on finger tips.
No trace of any lead dust coating on fingers.
No traces of the lubricant from re loading twice.
Perfectly clean feet.
Feet free from blood staining.
No debris such as sugar.
No mention of foot injuries after bare footed aggressive movement around big house & brutal fight.
No mention of damage to toe nails.
Only Sheila Caffell's blood on nightdress
No presence of firearm residue on nightdress.
No trace of rifle oil on nightdress.
No mention of nightdress damage from agressive movement and brutal kitchen fight.
-
Spec-Savers or a Leukotomy ? Take your pick.

David it's in the 2002, 522 point court of appeal document. Points 47 - 51.
Sheila couldn't fire a rifle 26 times, reload twice and fight a man twice as big as her. Then be found in the exact same condition as a woman who had got out of bed a minute earlier.
You need to stop being stubborn and agree Bamber is guilty. Or support Mike's & Sherlock's theories that either AE, RB, a random stranger, a hit man or SAS style hit man team committed the massacre.

read up on it adam, you will find it just like I did.

Part of the evidence that convicted Tracey Andrews was the 17 minutes it took her to call the police. She was also covered in the victims blood - we that Sheila wasn't covered in the victims blood in fact, none of the other victims blood was found on her at all. Jeremy had time to clean himself up but also if he called police at 03:36 (as he claims now), isn't it also suspicious that if this were true, there are 26 minutes unaccounted for?
The murder weapon was never found but she had a bloody imprint the same shape as a pen knife inside her boot. Police believe she may have flushed the knife at the hospital.

There seems so little to talk about that we haven't already done to death on the forum at the moment Caroline. I'm checking in every day, I haven't lost interest but if nothing significant happens then I'm afraid he's staying where he is.

That tends to be what happens, it just goes full circle. Then people claim things and but they turn up. empty.

Quite true Caroline, it's happened time and time again

The same old, same old, that was being posted as truth -and then put away- when I first joined, is being posted again. No more true now, than it was then but there are newbies who just might suck it up.

Did you not read the papers I posted from the forensic science journal documenting that Haloperidol has been causing extreme acts of violence?
You've been vindicated Jane J.
I'm inclined to see Sheila in an almost blind trance, having the strength of Goliath
;D

Yes, and like most of the stuff you post, it has limited value in the real world - you need to learn how studies get validity!
