Nobody should be prosecuted, if the prosecutions case, relies upon dishonest evidence, by its witnesses were

Quite true Mike, one change to the law which is welcomed and about time is this,

Innocent people have suffered through the police keeping them on bail, imagine having to wait a year to see if you will be charged or not, it's like a sentence in itself.
