i heard it was her solicter but is there proof of this.

We were talking about this only a fee days ago and her solicitor's name was mentioned.

yes he made a statement  I think saying he could not find the documents . The name is in JM statement from 2002 I think.

he should have some vague idea when the contract was sighned.
