There are a several pages of the trial transcripts in the archive/library, Someone must have had access to all the transcripts in order to get them. Where can we find the rest? does anyone have a copy but just not bothered to scan them all into computer images?

Most of the documents originated from Mike.

Original shorthand notes pertaining to the transcripts were destroyed. Surprise surprise.
So it wasn't possible to produce any additional transcripts.
As stated on Jeremy's Witness Statement-dated 22/01/2002.

As very few can now read shorthand, I'd take a guess on them having been transcribed into longhand before being destroyed.

Jane I remember when I was in College some of the ladies were Court Writers and they said that all their notes were filed as they had written them and if ever needed to be used for a new trial the notes would be transcribed by any Court Writer but unless they were required they were just filed as written. Not saying that was the case with the Courts and EP,

If that's so, Susan, I find it even more unlikely that they'd have been pulled out and destroyed.

Jane I guess they would have been filed and left. What would be the point in destroying them makes no sense.

If any are to be posted here could they be put in pdf format or other form which renders them easily accessible?
