"9.30HRS, UPSTAIRS BEDROOM ON RIGHT HANDSIDE AT TOP OF STAIRS. ONE WOMAN BY DOOR (WIFE) COVERED IN BLOOD. MARKS TO NECK. IN SAME ROOM FAR SIDE OF BED DAUGHTER WITH .22 RIFLE BY HER RIGHT SIDE. APPEARS GUNSHOT WOUND TO NECK. BIBLE LAYING ALONGSIDE"..

In the same room around the other side of the bed was the daughter with the 22 on her.
This in no way suggests she was on the bed. It suggests she was on the floor behind the bed just like Dr Craig stated.

I can't read the 2 words that come after "22 rifle on her" they look like chicken scratch. The 3rd word is appears, it says it appears she was shot in the neck.

Miller records Wife by door, and daughter 'far side of bed', no mention of daughter being on the floor, she was on the far side of the bed, wife was by the door, bed means bed, door means door...

"Far side of bed" is on the floor.

So, in Millers own hand, in his own pocketbook, he has Sheila's body on far side of bed, the rifle by her right side, and it appears she has a gunnshot to her neck (not gunshots). Bible laying alongside - From this we can gather that at 08.44hrs, Sheila's body was on the bed, the rifle was not laid on top of her body, but according to Miller, it was resting by Sheila's right side on the bed. She only had a single gunshot wound to her neck by this stage, and a bible lay alongside either the rifle on the bed, or alongside Sheila's body on the bed, sandwiched inbetween her body and the rifle...

Not clear whether Miller is saying bible alongside the gunshot in her neck, alongside her body on the bed, in between her body, and the rifle, or alongside the rifle...

Miller's words clearly suggest she was on the floor on the other side of the bed. Like the other officers, he looked at the crime scene photos showing her on the floor and he agreed the photos represented what he saw. You have zilch to support her being in the bed. You would need to verbally question Miller and get him to state he saw her on the bed in order to have evidence that is what he saw.
This is precisely why your lies are all worthless to Jeremy. Courts hear live witness testimony and Miller if called would state he saw her on the floor. That being the case the defense lawyers don't waste their times with this nonsense.

By this stage, DC Clarke, and DS Jones had not yet arrived at the scene or seen Sheila's body in the main bedroom. However, before leaving the scene and going along with Jeremy to his cottage at 9 Head Street, Goldhanger, both had popped thier heads into the main bedroom, and seen Sheila's body on the bed. Not only had they seen Sheila's body on the bed, but they also saw June Bambers body on the bed. They saw at that stage, the rifle laying on the bed between both bodies, and they saw that the bible had been placed on top of Sheila Caffells chest. When both arrived at Jeremys cottage, they told AE what they had both seen for themselves before leaving the scene at whf...

Since Sheila's body has been photographed on the bed, where Miller states he saw her body, at a time when the rifle was not on her body but rather laid by her right side, and she only had one gunshot wound in her neck at that (08.44hrs) stage, Miller would be hard pressed to deny that Sheila's body had been on the bed, prior to police moving her body onto the floor. It would be very interesting to get Miller in the witness box, since we now know he was the co-ordinating officer, who dotted all the i's, and crossed all the t's in everybody elses witness statements. He had involvement in the dodgy silencer evidence, and he had involvement in adding four additional bullet cases to the main bedroom scene, so if Miller was ever put into the witness box defence counsel would have a field day tying him in knots, and thus exposing the truth about what really happened once firearms officers went into the farmhouse...

Similarly, when the Coroners officer, PC Wright was spoken to by the COLP investigators, at a time when he was at peril of being prosecuted, or disciplined, if it was determined he had told lies to them, Wright told the COLP investigators that at about 9.30hrs when he saw Sheila's body, the rifle had been removed from her body by that stage, however, he stated that there were two gunshot wounds in her neck at that stage...

He said he had no recollection of where the gun was. It was 6 years later he was lucky he remembered anything.

His death is described as a murder, and Sheila's demise described as a suicide. Her body was not upstairs by 8.10hrs, but it ended up there on the bed by 8.30hrs. Her body was still on the bed when Craig and Miller viewed her body there at 8.44hrs. After this came a stream of independant witnesses, PS Adams, PC Wright, DS Jones and DC Clark, all giving a similar account. By 10.00hrs, SOCO took control of the farmhouse, and PC Bird started to take photographs - 8 such photographs were taken around the time that Sheila's body which was on the bed with only a single gunshot to her neck, ended up on the bedroom floor with two gunshots to her neck...

If all of this is true, and I am saying it is all true, then how did Sheila's body end up on the bedroom floor, with a second shot in her neck, and the rifle end up on top of her body? Why did Essex police heirachy cut out 8 consecutive negatives at the point where PC Bird had started to photograph the position of Sheila's body on the bed, and the floor in the recovery position? Don't you dare try and suggest that Jeremy Bamber shot and killed his sister, he did not, the police did...

The only body observed in the kitchen was Nevill's. The person who wrote the log was in error in claiming a female body was found in the kitchen. The person who wrote the log witnessed nothing and simple made an error. Trying to pretend that error trumps the statements of the witnesses and blood evidence in the bedroom is a waste of time.

The COLP investigators then drafted up mock statements giving untrue accounts, enabling the perpetrators to get away without fear of retribution...

This is the chief reason why there are so many conflicting versions of who did what, where bodies were originally found, or moved from, and ended up at. This is the reason why there are so many as yet unanswered questions about why the ballistic evidence is so dodgy...

I wonder if these marks around the neck were measured in any way such as the circumference of a hand impression or finger size/s ? I'm being silly for wondering that aren't I ? As if !!

Weren't there marks mentioned around Sheila's neck as well ? That being the case if there were marks on both women it's obvious that they'd both been in a scuffle---------with each other.
What a way to carry on. Then again,they both had volatile natures.

Fact is, by comparing the expressions on tha faces of both June Bamber and Sheila at the time of thier respective deaths, it becomes obvious that June Bamber was conscious of the fact that she knew what was coming, in that instant before she was killed, because her eyes remained open. Whereas, in Sheila's case, her eyes do not have the same feature of "shock", "horror", "oh my god", "look" - this is because she was already unconscious by the time the second shot was inflicted, in keeping with how DS 'Stan' Jones described her, "as though she was just asleep"...

If only nail scrapings had been done,whether it'd been a murder/suicide or a murder these tasks are a matter of course in investigations. What the Hell was everyone doing apart from slagging-off Jeremy to muster up hatred in the community ?

What interests me, is this shot (shown in diagram, depicted by yellow cicrle), and the characteristics of this bloodstaining on the front top part of June Bambers Nightdress:-
You see, I can't understand how the blood spread to the left hand side of the nightdress, if she was always stood upright until she was presumeably felled at the bedroom door? It don't make sense or add up to me...
