this came from a statement from AE. She said JB had told her they had been offered money to terminate the lease early and I think he said his father was going to invest the money in other properties.

Jan HI. Good to see you posting :) Didn't she go on to say that Jeremy had only said it as a wind up?

Hello Jan. You gave me a fright there for a minute. I thought we'd never see you again? :)

Speaking of farms, the Buntings farm was only a stones throw away from WHF where Neville had a 20% share in the land there. I wonder what happened to that and if Jeremy knew about it ?

Don't remember that bit - but there are a lot of statements. It did not really sound like a wind up - but perhaps just a result of general family conversations about options?
After all even if SC was innocent there were problems and I expect they had to consider all property options /financial implications of her treatment.
The Bambers seemed pretty financially canny so perhaps they thought property investment was the way to go?

No just needed a bit of a rest from some posts (:
I will keep him on ignore until I feel a bit refreshed.
I also have my Uncle and Auntie who have both been in hospital together and trying to help them sort out their house a bit as we did not realise they had become hoarders behind closed doors. It is quite daunting as yesterday we had to find room for a hospital bed downstairs and there was no room to move any furniture to ):

Awww, you have a lot on your plate. Your family is lucky to have you, you go out of your way to help out where you can!

I keep praising Jan for being the only poster who tackles my points without being too abusive.
Even when there are 40 facts. Such as my 40 facts why Neville would not phone Jeremy. Although the one word answers were very flippant. Or my 13 sources, Primary sources, good try ;D
I then get let down as her tenacity is not sustained.

Poor you Jan. So sad to hear that they're both hoarders which is a problem. I know a lady who's a hoarder and I was talking to her health nurse not so long ago, who'd found a fortune stuffed inside sweet and crisp wrappers, empty food tins and the odd mouse running around. This lady has a " thing " about stuffing her money everywhere,so the nurse has to go through the heaps of newspapers systematically to make sure that there isn't any money between the pages. I believe the woman is an absolute delight as well, poor thing. The nurse/health-worker disposes of everything a bit at a time so as not to cause upset.

Don´t push your luck. We´re glad Jan is back.

My auntie has I think early signs of dementia and my uncle has had a stroke. And dealing with about 5 departments that don't talk to each other is challenging to say the least.

sounds familiar. ( : My auntie has 4 fridge freezers and two fridges for a start plus enough unopened gadgets to start a kitchen outlet.

You are just plain rude. Did your parents not teach you manners? Obviously not.
and BTW the only person letting you down - is you.
