Every drug that is dispensed is written down on the drug sheet for every patient. This should be easaily checked by other staff as all stock must be accounted for.

Absolutely Jackie. As far as I can see, Colin Norris is innocent, he has already lost 7 years of his life and will probably lose quite a few more waiting for the CCRC to reach a conclusion etc etc.

There seemed little or no evidence given by an independent expert in hypoglycemia and the elderly just as there was no independant consultant on paranoid schizophrenia in the WHF trial, how can a person be found guilty in such circumstances? A judge is not in any way familiar with human physiology or mental health.

I know Maggie, I wonder if the CCRC will listen to what this juror has to say

Why should the poor man have this on his conscience

Colin hasn't got it on his conscience because he is innocent. He's always tried to be upbeat about his situation and thankful for the help and kind thoughts he receives from the public. Thankfully he's got lots of people helping with his appeal, so I'd hope he'd be out sooner rather than later, I will pass all your kind messages on when I write again, they won't allow me to send a printed copy in. Thank you all for your kind words.

The condition that the 4 elderly patients died from can act in reverse also, where for reasons unknown, the body becomes overloaded with sugar and if not recognised in time, will kill. It can happen to those who are not diabetics as well as those who are.

This happened to my own mother who was a late onset type 2 diabetic, and nursing staff at the time kept saying she'd been " gorging on sweets and cakes ".Not at all. Her kidneys were failing.
When I took ill in 2006,again for reasons unknown, tests done in A&E showed an overload of sugar, but I wasn't a diabetic, but the onset of kidney disease due to long-standing high blood-pressure. However mum was in a bad way because the kidneys were packing in.
My own prognosis was much better even though I have 3rd stage kidney failure, but so have a lot of other elderly people.
With the ladies mentioned,it's sadly part of ageing that certain organs, particularly the kidneys lose their " filter mechanism " thus allowing protein and albumen into the blood stream impairing the body with waste products.

Another point I'd like to make is when a nurse was interviewed saying how they judged when certain patients died. I remember also saying the same thing, actually giving a time, sadly I used to be right, but it didn't mean to say that any of us had evil minds. It proves how hearsay/a conversation can be taken in the way that it suits a situation at the time.
