what i cant understand is why no dna tests were done until the retrial.

Just watched the clip. I think the Police were under pressure and relied on the confessions,but I agree it's all very unsatisfactory and you don't get a complete picture.

i notice the one person they dont seem to have qustioned is the owner of the shop.
