I have decided to post the contents of key correspondance from Jeremy to myself, to give everyone something of an insight into secrets we shared regarding many features of the case brought against him...

I t appears to me that 3 paint samples were taken from underneath the mantle piece then...On the 9th and two on the 14th....No wonder the underneath was scratched so much...One slip of the knife...whoops!
The scene of crime diaries are a bit of a mystery aren't they......One done by Taff Jones and the other done by Ainsley....So are we to believe that Ainsley could have made alterations to what Taff had originally put in his diary? of which has never been disclosed and no doubt was destroyed in 1996....along with other items of great interest.... :-\ :) :) :) :)

Mike I think the air rifle was returned to Aunt Agatha....by Essex police. This must have been the only rifle/gun that they took from the SOC because all of the others where taken by the family. This conflimes what Davidson told the London police in 1991 that he knew that paint had been found on a rifle down stairs....this is why they took a paint sample on the 9th August 1985....to compare it with the air rifle....
Like JB has said no documents have ever been found that the police had the air rifle, but they return it to Ms...********* So therefore they did have it. :) :) :)

Evidence clearly exists to show that the sound moderator is dodgy and should never been admissible evidence at the trial of Jeremy Bamber - it is without doubt and arguably the most significant piece of evidence in the case which supports the prosecutions stance, and its integrity is called into question, by reference to all the inconsistencies and irregularities surounding the three different exhibit references given to it (SBJ/1, DB/1 and DRB/1), attributed to it, at one time or another. In addition, it started off life as Lab's exhibit reference number 22, was changed into lab' exhibit reference number 23, and finally, was altered back from lab' item reference number 23 to 22...
Deeply involved in this exercise, was / is Police Inspector Miller, who produced a handw ritten schedule in which he instructs all the witnesses to make alterations in their witness statements, to chjange the silencer references, from one to the other, and vice versa (SBJ/1, DB/1 and DRB/1) - it is a fact that no-one should be tampering with the exhibit labels and references of evidence that is to be relied upon in court proceedings. Fact is, the jury were not told or made aware that the silencers integrity was called into question by the aklteration of lab' documents and witness statements where the exhibit lable for the sound moderator was altered so many times, in one case the forensic scientist who examined the silencer (SBJ/1) on 13th August 1985, did not even know that someone eklse had altered the exhibit reference for the silencer she examined on that occasion, into DRB/1, without her knowlege or consent...
How much more dodgy, can the silencer evidence get, or be?
The silencer evidence has to be withdrawn, it is no longer tenable evidence, it is unreliable, it is dodgy and it has been tampered with, by anybody's standards. Questions have been raised about how this silencer evidence came into the fray, who sought to introduce it, why it was introduced. and who went along with its introduction...
Perhaps, once everyone sees the content of the civil action application to the High Court everyone will be left in no doubt, as to those / these reasons...

Evidence exists to indicate that David Boutflour took possesssion of two sonud moderators from the scene, (1) - he found one in a cupboard in the downstiars office at whf, and (2) - he found another one in the garage...
Both of these silencers were handed to police by relatives at different times...

How many more variations on a theme will you come up with Mike? Only a year ago, you were claiming that no silencer was handed in by the relatives until September. Any chance of you having a theory and sticking to it? Any chance of you answering the direct question on another thread regarding the photo on the bed? Shouldn't this thread read 'secrets which we used to share' before bamber wanted nothing more to do with you?

Which silencer are you on about, the one Boutflour found marked DRB/1, or one of the others SBJ/1, or DB/1? Don't bother trying to tell me that all these silencers were one and the same, such a pathetic explanation holds no water with me, these were all different silencers, not the same one. The silencer Boutflour found did not get sent to the lab' until 29th April 1986, as confirmed by details relating to its movement whilst DRB/1 was in police possession. It seems the Boutflour silencer (DRB/1) was not the silencer blood and paint was found upon - I notice you are not trying to rubbish that startling discovery....
Anyway, I don't need your permission or consent to change my mind about anything, I can make those kinds of decisions all by myself...
And for your information, I have never submitted any grounds on Jeremys behalf to the CCRC, and I had nothing to do with the civil case grounds published on the forum elsewhere. Stop talking rubbish...

it is healthy to be able to change your mind about something, when new information and evidence comes to light, and in any event I set this forum up so that people could debate features of the case, therefore, you really should not try to read too much into why I appear to be changing my mind about things of interest to the investigation of the case. I am glad you have drawn attention to this trait of mine, imagine what the verdict might have been if the jury had been given access to all the withheld material?
Thanks for all your help getting this concept across to everybody...
Finally, its comforting to know that when I am talking to myself on the forum that at least you are paying attention...

Hi Mike I agree it is healthy to look at aspects from a different angle this is how we all learn and find out new facts having tunnel vision (maybe wrong word for me to use) ;D is not healthy.
