as Mike said. the time to show his hand, the photo, the itemissed bills would be following the final judgement.is that time now upon us? or are we too to be strung along with JB whilst mike witholds the evidence JB longs for to free him?
-
I don't think there is anything to show, to be honest. :)

Where does the site go from here?

if Mike has the evidence he says he's got,the forum can close shortly. its job will have finished. the incorrect conviction of JB.

The forum will continue. There will be a fresh application to the CCRC. Jeremy Bamber will not give up the fight. Simon McKay remains committed to the case.
-
I'm glad to hear that.

if simon mckay is funding this case, more power to his elbow !!!!
however, i would be surprised if he could continue to devote so much time (= money) to it

Jim,Simon McKay wouldn't continue if he didn't think it worthwhile to do so.

If I was Bamber I'd have learned Full Sutton like the back of my hand. I'd also have been painting a model head of myself, breaking the plaster out under the hand basin and planning breakout. I couldn't wait this long for my freedom. I would have broken out before now. Why wait on a proven corrupt legal system to get me out? Having to abide by their cossing the t's and dotting the i's just to satisfy the "legal" requirements.

Hi Jim,,yes,I'm well thankyou.Hope you are.
True.It is all about funds.
The same " war-cry " also comes from the CCRC too. Are they fit for purpose,I ask myself.?

Hi Patti,,I think Jeremy was compensated after a glass/knife attack. ( unprovoked )
He wouldn't have been able to spend that money anywhere anyway.
I know there was a decent sum from somewhere.

I'd have thought a mixture of things-legal aid, family members and/or solicitors willing to work pro bono a good/well known case will probably bring lots of business.

No prisoner has ever escaped HMP Full Sutton , not impossible but its quite secure , anarchy and a invasion by a foreign army may be the only chances, i read the statement from Jeremy to the judgement saying he hopes he does not have to wait another 8 years to get his case to the CCRC , as he said i have no choice to re apply , so he might have to wait till he is 60 or so to be heard again, at £75,000 per year to keep him there, one day Britain will run out of money then it could get serious.

Hi Lookout, I was not aware of that...However I do remember the attack.
I was reading something a few days ago, god knows what it was, but it was about a prisoner who earned £2.00 per week and was saving up to buy and key pad for an x box....senior moment! lol :) :) :)

so would it not be a better idea to petition this reason to politicians
