Relatives now not so sure of Bambers guilt...
Hear it from the horses mouth at the following link address:-

In all the years I have known Jeremy, he has never suggested or intimated that he would like some retribution in the form of violence towards any relative or prosecution witness, only that justice should be seen to be done, and where wrong doing is proven on the part of any police officer in the investigation, any relative, or prosecution witness, that all of them should be dealt with by the due process of law...
So what David Boutflour, speaks about in this video clip, is misleading and inaccurate...

It is simply not enough for someone to suggest Jeremy Bamber was / is guilty...

Mike,I'm afraid that man in the video was very very hesitant,,,and to my mind, very unsure of Jeremys' guilt.
For someone who at first appeared adamant that Jeremy was guilty,,it would seem a far cry from how that same man feels now. There was a positive element of unsurety.

For some reason, the opposite suggestion, that he is innocent, and that he did not commit the murders, has little or no effect at all...

I sensed that same hesitancy in his tone, and manner, as you did...

I'm sure I saw his hair move as well? :)

You don't splutter your way through something like that, in that manner, if you're absolutely certain.
To THINK he's guilty,just isn't enough.!

The relatives must surely now know that the silencer game is up, and that they really should be complaining to Essex police about the possibility, liklihood, that police officers at the scene stage managed the bodies of the victims during a training exercise, and that crime scene photographs relied upon at trial, were not taken until after the training exercise had concluded, and the bodies of the victims had been moved, and re-arranged by the police, not by Jeremy...

Mike, apart from the photo of Sheila you claim to have seen, where is it documented that Sheila was found without underwear?

Of course the relatives must realise that there's been a terrible cock-up,Mike. They've probably mulled it over for years now knowing this. The " retribution " thing is just absolutely ludicrous, and was said on the back of " he could have ",to justify his feeble interview.

Mike?

The evidence is there to show that the bodies had been manipulated. All three adults.Im sure that the children were left alone.........thankfully!
I really cannot fathom how Nevill would have ended up in the position that he did.The only conclusion that, I myself, can draw is that he was indeed toppled from where he was slumped in a chair when the raid team entered, and that rigor mortis disallowed the manipulation of Nevills body back into the chair, hence the position they put him in.
Junes body (according to the officer who stood over her for ages)ended up being the wrong way round by the time the crime scene pictures were taken.
And we can see for ourselves from the crime scene pictures, how Sheilas body was manipulated.
So imo,the crime scene photos do not depict the original scenario that met the raid team upon entry.
Its about time EP gave up the truth of what really occurred that fateful morning.

I've brought this question up before and found it strange that the opposition have always accepted this without question. Although I stated that its source was Mike himself. As far as I know there is no statement that says this? Yet still most of those of the guilty position accept it as truth.

Possibly because no underwear was listed among her items at the post mortem?
Also,if I recall,it was stated in the newspapers at the time (must be true then eh)? ;)

I read somewhere that Sheila's private parts may have been showing when Police entered the master bedroom(had Jeremy pulled Sheila's legs after the second shot to check if she were dead and therefore rucked up her nightie?)and a policeman lowered the nightie through modesty. As for Robert Boutflour, all I see is a man who has worked himself into the ground over the last 27 years, whilst Jeremy, though sequestered, looks in far better nick.

The crime scene video footage taken by DC Henderson during the latter stages of the training exercise show indecent images of Sheila's body after police moved her body from bed to floor. The rucking up of Sheila's nightdress was caused when police lifted her body from the bed and placed her on the floor...

But in my opinion, they cannot do so for precisely the reasons pointed out recently in Martin's recent post. I say this with no disrespect to Vic and his valiant defence of his good friends. Martin's take on the dynamics between EP and the relatives has been the same as my own opinion for a while but I was unable to put it in to words my self.
-
In other words,EP and the relatives all got the result they wanted. You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours!
-
I'm sure the relatives wanted five dead members of their family.

Yeah, I think that was one line in the post Tyler.

I meant in the aftermath.Im not that insensitive!

If only you could stretch the known anomalies in the prosecution's evidence, over Jeremy's conviction, to see it they fit. Instead, we get Jeremy being stretched of every anomaly, in an attempt to make him fit them.

No we get a tissue of lies from day 1 of this case at Goldhanger, followed by a clamming up five weeks later when he is finally arrested.

I take it you're AGAIN talking about "No comment"?
-
He was co-operative at first was he not?
Until Stan Jones started to p*ss him off!
I think that I would go on the defensive if I was being accused of something that I didnt do!

I totally agree Tyler! There were a handful of "No comments" in 80 pages of his statement and were in response to being badgered by Jones - having answered certain questions, Jones keeps asking either the same question again are arguing with his answer.

JB has been very Nice in his comments about DB I still have the letter.

campion you are such a clever boy :) :) :)

No Susan Ingham its not Me thats clever, its the Naughty Nun. People were jumping to conclusions and started to see what they wanted. The Naughty Nun was guilty before having a chance to respond. Now it is clear the avatar is The Virgin Mary and not A Kiwi Fruit or Anything to do with Cephalopods it just goes to show that people can read into something innocent and find something else. Well done The Nun.

Hi campion people should never jump to conclusions as they are usually the wrong ones. People can see what suits them at the time and firmly believe it. Hope I am making sense. :)
