PC Tingey produced a map showing positions of bullets/ cases, but ...
PC Tingey was not present at the scene when DC Hammersley collected up the bullet cases and loose bullets in the main bedroom, so where did he get the information from concerning where everything was found or recovered from, to enable him to draw up this plan showing the same, and when was he asked to draft this plan, and whom by?
