For all its brash bravado, sordid innuendo, lies, distortion and obvious connections with the extended family the "miscarriage of justice" forum appears to have had its final death knell, funnily enough for breach of the pro board regulations.
I wonder why?

I will make sure nobody ever advertises on that site again and they are looking at everything that has been deleted
I hope there are criminal charges bought against ALL the people responsible for the abuse and it's not going to be good publicity for some people

You maybe right but I hope you're wrong.
Often a service can state it has been "suspended" as an initial statement. Often that's it.
I'm hoping that there's just too much vileness on there for it to be moderated. It is beyond it. They won't have a forum if they moderate it to the standard required of the tos...and it's the mods/admin under various usernames posting the caustic bilge.

That made me chuckle. On the Bamber case you are pretty much right.
I do spare a thought for the other case on there, which to be fair, was being seriously looked at by several of their forum members. If there was any valuable work done on that case, I hope that pro boards will let them retrieve the posts.

The other case was just a front to give the board an air of legitimacy. The hypocrisy was beyond words.

The S.H. case. I tried to view what they were doing as genuine and separate.
I agree there was hypocrisy in the way malpractice among the authorities was being viewed, in comparison, between the two cases. In fact there was posts about that just before the thing went down.

It appears that the Proboard suspension is permanent. Lamberton says on facebook that he will have a new forum up and running within days. Presumably he is planning to use a new host.

It may be wise to inform that new host, with regards to how the pro boards forum was ran and what happened to it.

Without an absolute turn-about in the way his forum is managed / moderated ... and in the absence of a completely different line of posting from 99% of his members, I cannot see any new forum lasting long. I do not think thay are able to recognise what they have been doing wrong. Which is a bit worrying :-\
Persistent abuse / bullying towards individuals, some of it quite shocking. Repetitive manipulation of facts in a tunnel vision manner on the Bamber case. Total hypocrisy on corruption, malpractive and due process red tape or misuse, when comapring other MOJ's with the Bamber case. A sarcastic, hostile environment in which some of the hatred expressed towards Jeremy Bamber was so extreme, it was disturbing.

Roch, the posters on the proboards believe that jb is guilty, you can hardly blame them for their feelings towards him, the majority of the posters were probably parents, jb was convicted of killing 2 kids.
The moors murders got the same treatment, anyone convicted of killing kids is bound to get some name calling.

I thought a lot of their sentiments towards him were disgusting. I do not believe Jeremy Bamber can or should be compared with sexually deviant child murderers. The last person to allegedly kill children for inheritance was probably Richard III in the 1400's. That's how rare a crime it is.
I did notice Andrea that you have chosen to not criticise the filth and bullying on there, for example jokes about cancer and singling out individuals over here for repeated personal abuse. That's your choice Andi. But ngb and grahame would never allow you to be subject to that kind of personal abuse over here.

Yes they rightfully do Andi. But how many Levi Bellfields, Peter Tobins, Peter Sutcliffes fight for the right for 16 years to take a lie detector test and then pass one on sophisticated modern software?
What happens if you flip the coin? What's it like to go to prison aged 24, with the big boys and with a 'child killer' sign hung around your neck, if you haven't committed or been involved in the deed?

Because I think it's clear for anyone to see Shona had a personal hatred of JB.
She said she knew he was the person responsible for the murders with help but refused to say how he did it
It is my personal opinion as well as many other people who pm me Shona is a bully

Neither do I and if I thought for one monent he was guilty I would not support him. As it is I believe 110% that he is innocent. Even if I did think he was guilty I would still think that those who go around continually abusing him and those who support him as right evil nutters Shona being one of them. The must have a lot of time on their hands to set up a site and frequent it as much as they do just to pour abuse on him as well as those who defend them. Also I cant understand why you went there. Obviously it has twisted your reason somewhat by listening to these perverts.

Well then can you please share with us the other info you know about him. (The info that's getting shared among the guilty camp, which absolutely cancels out his lie detector, his 16 year fight to take one and his 27 year fight to clear his name, also his almost definite framing via the silencer).

Please, can we calm this down now. I understand that feelings run high over this, that is the effect Lamberton has when he is involved in forums. We need to protect this forum and that requires us to show respect to other forum members. A bit of steam has been let off today, but we need to move on.

Without trying to lengthen the debate all i wish to add is it makes no difference what members views are on the case if you believe Jeremy or not, that is not the issue here, Jackie has been under sickening torrent of abuse and im glad the site is over no one should put up with that Ngb i agree we need to get on and move on if anything i hope very much a clear message has been sent out now they were cowards nothing more.

Yes, guilty posters were sometimes shouted down. There's a fine line between keeping a stance and allowing that stance to encroach on others to shout people down. I've probably done a bit of badgering my self, even recently with the likes of Nick / Curious :-[

I suspect some of Shonas posts were the reason the forum was shut down and that behaviour will not be tolerated here
As I have said before there may be criminal charges and the police are also involved in another matter regarding something that happened at my home very late last night
So as you can see Andrea it is very serious now

I believe JB was set up by the family and Mugford and I have made that clear
As I have said I hoped their will be criminal charges against those posters from the other forum and the people hiding being fake user names will be revealed
The police can also look at all the deleted threads

Ok thanks for your reply. Some theorising and research topics related to the case are sensitive and inflammatory.
My own view is that for a family to end up being killed in such an exposion of violence and for at least three members of that family to have either faced serious personal issues or displayed seriously negative behaviour, suggets to me that there was a deep level of dysfunction in that family.
It didn't get caught in time to prevent the tragedy and I do not know of all the forms it may have taken. And that is all I am going to say on the matter.

I was v close to Shona while she was on this forum and we exchanged countless pm messages. I think she is a genuine person. In a case like this emotions are going to be incredibly frayed because the 2 possible outcomes give such diametrically opposed viewpoints.
1 - people (like Shona) who genuinely believe JB is guilty, therefore express extreme anger / hatred etc towards JB as they genuinely believe he has obliterated his family and killed 2 innocent children.
2 - pro JB supporters (like myself) who believe JB is innocent and this is an appalling miscarriage of justice.
There is no middle ground, which means that people will clash due to the extreme, opposite viewpoints.

Now that the festering boil of the other forum has been lanced... and all the pus has been mopped up and dumped in to the surgical waste incinerator... maybe we can return to the case itself?

Jackie has received abuse because she has been brave enough to stand firm. I also have received abuse and so has Neil. So you can use that one. You on the other hand have not received abuse from that criminal Lamberton. Says a lot to me.

Thats when she took middle ground. She has never been abused on the Lamberton forum. What silly shona doesn't realise though is that Lamberton himself referred to her as "that old lush shona".

I will say that all my previous dealings with shona on this forum (as this is the only forum I have ever used) have always been reasonable.

Yes but that was when we were being attacked but you know who. I was fair with her and she acknowledged that both opewnly and in pms. Which of course she denied later. I banned smiffy because of his abuse of her. But of course she chose not to remember that at a later stage. If it was a personality clash it was her clash, not mine. And don't forget I also got called a nazi by others as well. But I did sort out the forum which was what I set out to do. Yes I lost friends. But I accomplished the job. So sod those who rejected my friendship. With friends like those who needs enemies?

When u asked me, i had never been on there. Ive been on there 3 times in last couple of weeks, purely to message Shona and have never posted. I'm registered on there under a different name, nothing to do with Petey.

I am not, and never have been !00% that Jeremy is not guilty, but tend to think he is not guilty, but my opinion is worth no more than others, because it iust just an opinion.

100% not me. I joined this site almost a year ago and this is the only site I have ever posted on. I am not a relative, not from the area and know nobody at all on the forum. As I have mentioned before I became interested in the case through my legal background and believe there has been a miscarriage of justice.
I registered on the Lamberton site a couple of weeks ago, purely to message to Shona. I registered in a name completely different to Petey and have not made any posts.
I haven't got a clue why anybody has used my user name. All I can do is confirm 100% that the Petey that registered on the other site was not me and I don't know who or why this was done.

I know quite a lot about death and how families cope, im more than likely to have done things involving children that few people will ever do, all i will say is you dont have to have children to gain awareness i have placed children in child caskets and tucked in their favourite toy or two, trust me it takes you to your edge of being human, Jackie is right if there is a chance just a chance that colin could find inside deep down to accept jeremy should he win his freedom they can both try meet halfway on that bridge, we are on this planet for only a short time your local trees will be here way after we go, if there is a tiny chance its worth every second nothing is impossible.

The Last 24 hrs or so has brought great change, i hope the forum is now the better for it, its time to put the kettle on and get back to debate im sure there will be plenty soon, no one is perfect including me , i believe the torrent of abuse to Jackie was because she was female and was not scared of him, he has lost and damm good riddance.

It was your choice to ignore whats was being posted over there. I chose to ignore it far less and as a consequence witnessed how it was a horrible forum full of bile and spite. So when it got pulled, I celebrated. And some. That's all there is to it.

There were some Scottish cases. A couple I think. JL was often arguing with about two other posters who I took to be knowledgeable about those cases. There appeared to be work being carried out on the Simon Hall case and this was pointed out.

However, whatever was complained about, was taken very seriously by Pro Boards.
