Essex police refuse to produce schedule for Senior Investigating Officers album
PC David Bird, produced schedules to show the number of photographs taken by the police in connection with this case, under the title MASTER COPY ALBUM, which he stated contained all 223 of the photographs which had been taken in connection with the investigation into these deaths. Furthermore, he also produced another schedule, COURT ALBUM, which contained 50 pre-selected photographs taken from the master copy album aforementioned?
But there are some 358 additional photographs which the police did not want members of the public to know about or see...
This problem I have highlighted in another thread recently - why remove these pictures and place them into a top secret album which was kept under lock and key in ACC Peter Simpsons office?

Why aren't the relatives bothered or concerned that police have been tampering with the photographs in this case/investigation?

Why has PC Bird (soc) refused to make a statement about the missing 358 pictures and why hasn't he produced a schedule for the SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICERS ALBUM (581)? Since, if photograph 32 was the last picture PC Bird took at the scene on 7th August 1985, who took the others and when?

No, he has not yet been asked, he just presented his schedules on the basis that the MASTER COPY ALBUM (223) was the main album containing 223 pictures, but this was a deception because 581 pictures were taken altogether and placed in a secret album which became known as THE SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICERS ALBUM, which contained the aforementioned 223 pictures, and 358 more (withheld under pii)....

Police were satisfied that she had killed herself in the bedroom, and they moved her body about and placed the rifle in different positions upon her body, and later when the case came to court they blamed Jeremy for stage managing Sheila's body and faking a suicide...
Its scandalous that the police should blame Jeremy for doing somegthing which they themselves were guilty of doing, and that this was used to somehow prove and establish his guilt?

I don't believe I've made any posts of that nature, well not many and none that I recall, the whole focus is on proving his innocence, not his guilt, in fact during the 2002 appeal the prosecution were refused permission to introduce new evidence to further their case.
You can accuse me of being one sided and biased to which I freely admit, but please do not pretend that you yourself are open to alternative views because from your reply above, clearly you are not.
I'd also appreciate it if you did not address further questions towards me, as you are clearly not interested in my answer other than to try and pick holes in it, again the very thing you accuse me of doing.

But I like you, Shon'. Anyway, while H was off the forum my smite ratio, pluses to minuses, fell to almost zero. Since H's return, I've been systematically smited. He sure gives me the time of day alright via that smite button.

How strange that according to the master copy album schedule (223), police did not take photographs of Sheila's hands, and fingers? Yet, they took pictures of her left and right legs and feet...

Examination and close scrutiny of THE MASTER C0PY ALBUM (223) schedule, clearly shows signs of editing, and mischief. For example, the numbered photographs are not shown to be listed in any particular sequential order, but rather they appear to have been catelogged in some haphazard or. Alternative way with the purpose or intention to deceive or to mislead...
If someone were to come along and try to reconstruct what had occurred or taken place by reference to this selection of photographs, it would be difficult to do, because of the seemingly random manner with which the order and sequence of them all, which was deliberately orchestrated, with a view to making it nigh on impossible for anyone to discover that pilice had stage managed the scene involving the bodies of the three adult victims...
You would have very little if any prospect of discovering what the police had done, and what they have got away with doing over the past 26 years, unless you knew about the existence of another 358 photographs which were not officially declared as having existed? Once you realize that there is this massive volume (358) of missing pictures, and you then discover that these missing photographs, some of which show the bodies of the victims in different Positions, and in the case of Sheila, with the barrel of the rifle photographed in different positions against her neck, and you discover that all these missing photographs are locked away in the Assistant Chief Constables office safe where no-one other selective senior officers can get access to them, is it that a clear picture begins to emerge along the lines that police stage managed the scene and amed Jeremy for doing it. Not only did the police blame Jeremy for doing what they themselves had done, but they removed and withheld all of the incriminating photographs that was capable of undermining the case against Jeremy?

Are you still wittering on? I think you need to sort out your paranoia, what is it with you and these smite complaints, for the record I have used neither the applaud or the smite facility since rejoining as my current account, and despite your allegations I very rarely used it before. I would hazard a guess that your ratio may have gone up because of your comments and obsessive behaviour towards me, I mean seriously, 15 little insults and digs at me without a single reply from me, not even an acknowledgement, you haven't even been involved in the discussion.

Shona I don't know if you are aware the idea of a hitman (especially arranged by someone desperate like Jeremy) is so you have an alibi
1 there is no evidence of Jeremy getting access to any money
to pay a hitman
2 as mugford was in on his plans all along she
would have been very easy to have at the cottage
that night. Mugford never gave any statement saying
Jeremy asked her to an be an alibi. Very strange an obvious
choice.
3. Absolutely no truth in the information given to the police of Matthew
being the hitman. I should think this was dreamed up
by Mugford as an excuse why she stayed with Jeremy
as he didn't actually carry out the murders
4. If Jeremy didn't use Matthew someone he hardly knew
