False photographic records produced by PC Bird (SOC)
PC David Bird (SOC) claimed there was only 223 photographs in the MASTER COPY ALBUM, but we now know there were at least 358 in another album kept in ACC Peter Simpsons safe at Headquarters - why did PC Bird lie about how many pictures existed in connection with the case?

Mike, do you have the schedule of photography for WHF? I've seen it on this forum before. It is a list of which rooms were photographed at which times. I asked smiffy about it recently. We cant find the thread it was on.

Mike, where does the above info come from regarding the safe in Simpson's office? It sounds a bit Shaw-like, unless I'm mistaken and there is another source?

There was actually only 49 pictures in the COURT Album, as follows:-
Taken from MASTER COPY ALBUM (223) only 222 actual pictures...
Suddenly, a clearer picture begins to emerge about how the police case was designed to fool the jury into convicting Jeremy Bamber, because they did not include any of the crucial crime scene pictures which showed the disturbance in the kitchen. or the stage managing there (and in the bedroom) by the police...

Please note, there was no photograph showing Ralph Bambers body toppled over with his head in the coal bucket, or the cushions, towel and cotton trousers on the floor around the bucket which was placed there by the police to control the spread of blood...
Also note:-
That the jury did not see the wooden chair that the police rammed up against the internal door through which the firearms team had originally entered the kitchen scene?
The jury had no opportunity to see that it was the police (not Jeremy) who stage managed the scene in the kitchen...
-
Why did COLP refuse/choose not to copy this album of photographs?
Why not copy them?
What do these pictures relate to?
Who took them?
When?
Where?
What relevance if any, do these unoccupied photographs have on Jeremy Bambers innocence?

Although David Shaw does refer to this feature, there are police records that clearly mention the existence of the SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICERS ALBUM...

Thanks Mike.
Mike, thanks for posting the COLP schedules.
However there is a different document which displays the actual times (I think) of the different rooms photographed in WHF. It's on this forum somewhere. From what I can recall, it shows that some rooms were photographed twice. Does this ring a bell?
Hope all is going well Mike.

Why did the police ram a chair up against the door?
-
I have read that the police rammed a chair against the internal door when they returned to find that a "dead body" with rifle had gone walkies! They were confident that there was an armed person in the house.

Was that in a book Haughton? If so,do you remember which one?
A firearms officer also remarked about hearing movement upstairs shortly after entering. He dismissed the noises as having come from another member of the team..........but they were still checking the rooms downstairs!

Hi tyler. I've never read a book on this subject. I remember reading it on this forum about 6 months ago,
it said that the EP realised that there must be an armed person in the house and "panicked". barracaded he door and waited for armed back-up
-
tyler- so, everybody was downstairs but somebody was heard moving about upstairs! spooky!
-
Was there a dog upstairs because I seem to remember reading that there was.
Could the dog have been moving about?

I bet they didn´t paw-print him! :P
It could have moved around, of course, but it was found under the bed, terrified. I think it ran and hid under the bed when the shootings started and stayed there, poor thing.
But I don´t know too much about dogs, I am just guessing.
Why do you ask, SUMMER?

Have you a reference for this evidence?

Have you a reference for this evidence?
It's easily referenced. Just check chapter 3 of the 'Bungled Raid' section in the 'Framing Methods in Practice 1985' file... handed to the defence by Essex Police with a handshake.
Apparently when they handed it over, they said... "look, no hard feelings.... we thought this might come in handy at some point"...
-
the dog may have been the noise they heard , the dog i think is mentioned in colins book, in search of the rainbows end, shaking under a bed, the dog is the whole link to this case to me.

The dog - which the killer, to my mind, inexplicably spared - was Sheila's dog when she was younger, wasn't it?

the article that I read was "senior officers barricade themselves into the kitchen"

COLP INVESTIGATORS, refused to copy a total of 60 photographs taken at the scene during the investigation by Essex police into the five deaths on 7th August 1985. These 60 photographs belonged to six separate negative strips containing 10 frames, and are understood to include photographs of Sheila Caffells body on top of the bed at a time when she only had one shot to her neck. One of these two photographs depicts Sheila on the bed in a sexually provocative pose, with her groin region fully exposed. Other photographs not copied by COLP include further shocking images of victims stage managed in provocative poses. Some of the photographs in this section were taken before PC Bird arrived at the scene or started to take his own photographs which commenced at around 10 O'clock that same morning...
-
Negative references for these '60 uncopied photographs' have not been provided because they fall under the protection of pii...
