In March next year, the CCRC will have a committee meeting to decide whether to refer the case to the Court of Appeal on any of the first three grounds.
If they decide not to, they they will make a provision statement on these three grounds and Bamber's lawyers will have the opportunity to make further representations.
Following this, the CCRC will look at the other grounds.
Assuming there is no Court of Appeal referral, I think we could see a final CCRC decision in next few years which no doubt will be followed by an application for Judicial Review.

Suspect 4/5 grounds have been dismissed.
A full dissmissal will be around 2030. Unless Bamber keeps adding grounds to prevent this happening to stop fans getting disillusioned.
If a full dismissal is released, he will seek a Judicial Review.

Quickest turnaround was a 2001 referral from a 1997 application.
2030 could be about right, although I do have a feeling it may be earlier.
He may seek a review. He will probably just carry on. This of course would mean a new submission. Which I struggle to see anything else he could put forward.
He may engage the tariff route again. Which he lost in 2008.
Time is not on Jeremy Bambers side, he is now early sixties and as he ages and any potential health problems occur he will not be able to campaign with such vigour. It's a fact of life.

I used to like reading from regular updates from Jeremy on his blog. These days they seem few and far between. I understand he has had some health problems.

I would guess that the final dismissal will be confirmed a bit sooner than 2030, say, 2026 or 2027, in a Final Statement of Reasons and yes, there will be two Judicial Review applications like last time.

Must admit ILB, i couldn't do the time he's done and the knock backs, it drives me crazy even if it's raining at home and i can't get out on my Bike, i would definetly top myself. I would just like to get on my Bike and cycle around the world, i think when i was younger and i suggested this, my marriage wouldn't have survived, if i suggest it now, the wife would help me Pack HA HA.

Your long term prisons, your franklands, full Sutton are the best jails to be in as mad as it sounds. Everybody's doing a long time. The CAT B victorian local nicks fuck that shit off. Absolute shitholes.

But it seems such is the case. The local psych hospital used to take female residents down to the all male psych unit for 'overnights'. It appears that sexual release stops/slows down male aggression.
I've often wondered what will happen in China, a nation where girl babies were once disposed of, when all those prized males reach adulthood and an outlet for their testosterone, and there are no available females?

Came across some decent female screws early mid nineties. Back in the early 80s in Wetherby, Hull, and Armley was purely male dominated.

I noticed that an old friend of the family had posted about the Jeremy Bamber case on Facebook, in particular a Guardian article about the Judicial Review against the CPS in 2020.
Out of curiosity, I googled the case and came across the wikipedia article and various campaign websites. The first thing which struck me from the wikipedia article was "would Nevill have really called Jeremy and not 999 and why didn't Jeremy call 999" and from the campaign websites, it struck me that some of their theories were bizarre.
Initially, I thought Jeremy might possibly be innocent - as it was the relatives and not the police who sound the key piece of evidence - the silencer - so was it tainted?
Around November 2021 I started looking into the case in more depth and joined the main Facebook group. I had time on my hands as I couldn't run due to skin and joint sarcoidosis (which I recovered from completely after a few months).
After I thought about it more, I concluded that the relatives wouldn't have had the knowledge about blood groupings etc. to plan R Boutflour's blood in it, so the blood in the sound moderator was almost certainly Sheila's and there was other evidence of guilt, which led me to conclude that the jury made the right decision.
I also realised that many of Bamber's supporters are on Facebook are conspiracy theorists, narcissists and general nut-jobs. I am not saying this is true of all Bamber supporters, but it is true of many of them on Facebook, and many of them believe he is innocent because they have beef with the police and the justice system and are prepared to believe that the whole world is out to frame Bamber.

A recent incident where they (i.e. a country's security services) could not get away with this, was the Kashoggi killing.

I am not sure if I fully understand what you are saying. I am not influenced by the media in the Bamber case as I do not remember anything about the case from the time (I was too young) and only heard about the case a few years ago.
I have formed my opinion based on looking into the facts of the case. I am a stickler for detail and wanting to see original documentation.
I am fully aware though that some others who have studied the case for much longer and in more details than I have believe he is innocent or sit on the fence.

1) The blood was Sheila's and got in there from the killings.
2) The blood was an intimate mixture of the parents (got in there from the killings).
