Anybody a sufferer? Absolutely shocking pain. Simple things like putting socks on are difficult. In my case getting much worse before better

Aww. You have my sympathy..........not that it will help much! Have you thought about trying Reiki?

I had an episode of this about two years ago. It was caused by trousers being too tight. Resolved it by losing weight  :)
