Post by: Roch on May 30, 2020, 11:41:PM: If there was nothing to hide in the documents that the CPS refute were not disclosed, then just disclose them again. For the sake of the cost incurred for a bit of retrieval and scanning by some admin staff, the authorities would rather pay a renouned QC and argue the case instead?

How would anyone know Ainsley did this 35 years ago?

2010 is mentioned - which is puzzling, as I understand Ainsley retired after one of the appeals.
