Peter Eaton, returns gun to whf, on evening Essex police, hand keys over
Why did Peter Eaton take a gun back to whf, on the same evening that Essex police, handed the keys over to his wife, Ann Eaton?
What gun?
Who did it belong to?
Who took it away from whf, and why?

31Gr19l64Kw:- yes, he was a gun dealer, back in August 1985, and most of the other relatives had a deep interest in firearms, including (1) Robert Boutflour, (2) David Boutflour and (3) Anthony Pargeter...
Just to put things into perspective, all of these individuals, (1), (2), and (3) each had an identical looking Parker Hale Silencer, which found its way into the possession of Essex police during the course of these investigations...
I am posting a copy of an entry in an Essex police MPR, which confirms that Essex police had two silencers which were taken to the court where Jeremy was being tried, and later handed back to the relatives by the police, after Jeremy was convicted of the murders...

Silencers belonging to Relatives
Why did Essex police feel it was necessary to bring two silencers, to the court which was trying Jeremy for these murders?
I would suggest that the reason these were brought to the court on that occasion was because these two silencers had been in possession of the police, at one time or another, as part of the investigation, and that evidence which was later attributed to the Bamber silencer (DRB/1) actually related to one or other of the silencers belonging to the relatives...
In this respect, the first silencer which found its way into the possession of Essex police, (SBJ/1) was owned by Anthony Pargeter...
The second one, (DB/1) belonged to the one or other of the Boutflours...
The third one, (DRB/1) belonged to the Bambers, which was not found in the gun cupboard until 11th September 1985...
I should think it should be obvious that evidence found upon or inside one or other of the silencers (SBJ/1 - DB/1) was later attributed as having been found inside and upon the Bamber silencer (DRB/1) that was not even sent to the Lab' until 26th September 1985, and so none of the blood and paint evidence which was supposedly found upon and inside the silencer, could have actually been found in connection with the Bmber silencer, contrary to what has been put forward and relied upon with a view to convicting Jeremy for these murders...

Why did the traffic unit have the silencers? ???

Why did the traffic unit have the silencers? ???
A car was sent to collect them for the trial. As they had been tested, and returned, in connection with the case, they might be called as evidence.

Trial did not take place until October 1986, and by that stage the other two silencers, subject of submission to the lab' on 13th August 1985, and or, 30th November 2985, could have been returned to the Boutfours (relatives), by the start of the trial, hence why they were collected by a police patrol car and brought to thee court dealing with the case...
However...
Defense was not aware that these other silencers had been the silencers in the possession of the police, on 13th and 30th August 1985m, sent to the Lab' to be examined...
