what motive would luke have for killing jodi.
-
got his way at hommes so much that was prone to flippping into violence when didnt get his way (see uncle and baseball bat)?
followed closely a doctrrine that place high value on perssuing revenge to its fulllest for any undefine perceived slight?
not sure it important to have to undertand someone s motive if there a wealth of evidnece which incriminates them/. some crimes are irrational
-
in other words he had no motive to comit the crime.

i can thnk of one that normal people cuold somewhta relate to , jealously, but its a weak person that killss someone at that age because they cant handle how they made them feel about themslefs.
fact is motive isnt required to convict,to convice a jury or even convince most people. this isnt crime drama. the killing wasnt a product of a healthy relateable mind

he was ruled it to stand trail so was clearly of sound mind.
hes never been daignosed with any mental condiotion so cannot possbly be said to be of unsound mind.
