He is very unlikely ever to be released.I think it's a bit Ambiguous how the Judge sums it up NGB and open for debate.....The judge says he "must accept" that there was no evidence Axel Rudakubana had any terrorist cause, but added his culpability is "equivalent to terrorist matters, whatever its purpose".
