i did things like that when iwasa kid i never ended up in prison for it.
Well I did read a hundred times somewhere but maybe that's an exaggeration. According to Wikipedia she had attended juvenile court 14 times for the apple throwing incident, trespassing and causing a disturbance.

It's all very well to lay blame on the system but to my mind they did follow correct procedure initially by sending her to the Pierre Caissie Centre, which would have needed her parents consent. It was there that she should have received the proper counselling and care. The fact that she continued to behave unreasonably for whatever reason meant that there was an escalation in seriousness by transfer to the New Brunswick Youth Detention Centre.

I would concede that she didn't receive the treatment she deserved, and I'm assuming it was due to a shortage of funding that she didn't get the time spent on her she needed to remedy her illness.

acording towikipidia so in other words it ould crap writtan by the prison service themselves.

cousing a distubence means abslutly nothing and tresspasing hardly a serious crime certanly none of that should of warented her being in prison.
