I contacted Essex police in 2004, requesting information about the two silencers involved in the police investigation, and I received the following response:-

'that all parties connected with the case, were made aware of the sound moderators and all the issues surrounding THEM, but this detail is not a matter for public disclosure'...

WOW!!!

So, there we have it, from the horses mouth, so to speak, two sound moderators, not one, and the existence of the second sound moderator is not for public disclosure!

WHAT?

WHAT?

Essex police are virtually bragging to me that they had two sound moderators but the public needn't be knowing about both of them!

Are They Serious?

Well, I got news for Essex police, the public is going to know about the existence of the second sound moderator in this police investigation! I will never let the matter drop, l no matter how long it takes....

So, cops admitting more or less that there existed two sound moderators, but making it clear that the public won't have to be told about this...

It's now getting very serious...

Essex police are getting cocky, admitting that there were two sound moderators, but that the public will get to know this....

It seems that the State is intent on keeping the existence of the second sound moderator a closely guarded secret, and that in the meantime the police, experts at the Lab' and relatives can keep on maintaining that there was only just the one silencer, the lot of 'em taking the piss out of the Criminal Justice System, and the general public at large!

This has to stop and be rectified ASAP...

Not a public matter ? Well I suppose the fact that Ferguson had made notes of Sheila's remark about " being able to kill the children, etc " didn't matter also ?

I have been at this stage in other cases that I worked on, where something was true but the police and the CPS were presenting a totally different account to the court which tried the matter - in the cases which spring to mind, several defendants were subsequently acquitted, where the evidence was thrown out of court and the trial judge ordered the jury to return 'not guilty verdicts', and in several other cases, which were  appeals the convictions were quashed!

Essex police and the local CPS are now at an impasse - they are going to have to admit that the blood attributed to Sheila, and the red paint linked to the kitchen aga were found inside and upon two different sound moderators, each one sent to the lab' at different times (DB/1 sent to the Lab' on the 30th August 1985 to which Sheila Caffells blood as been attributed, and DRB/1 sent to the Lab' on the 20th August 1985 which the red paint from the kitchen aga was found ingrained upon)!

Two sound moderators used to frame Jeremy Bamber for the murders, and only one rifle that supposedly fired all 25 shots!

Tut, tut, tut...

Not only that but 25 bullets exhibited, 25 bullet entry wounds, 25 spent cartridge cases - and yet another 3 bullets not recovered from the child victims!!!

The hole that Essex police, its experts, and the relatives have dug themselves into is looming large, so large that its getting to the point where they will be unable to climb out of it...

Let us also not forget, that the original piece of badly fragmented bullet which was exhibit PV/20, ended up becoming transformed into a whole bullet to enable the prosecutions ballistic expert, to conclude that both the bullets (PV/20 and PV/19) had been loaded into and fired from the anshuzt rifle! The truth of the matter is that if the original piece of badly fragmented bullet had not been switched with a whole test fired round, it would have left it open to the possibility that Sheila had indeed been shot by two different guns!

We should also not overlook the significance of the police radio message log account of where the bodies of the victims had been found (two bodies downstairs / three bodies upstairs), as opposed to the witness statement version where there was only one body found downstairs and the other four upstairs! Of course at the death (after 8.10am) there had been four bodies upstairs and only one downstairs, but in its wake (7.35am to 8.10am) there had only been three bodies upstairs, and two bodies downstairs. The cops obviously too embarrassed and ashamed of what had taken place that they opted to tell a blatant lie (all of them)...
