Here we examine the scene downstairs in the kitchen looking for tell tale signs of restaging the death scene of Neville Bamber, the movement of furniture, misuse of items of clothing, a towel, a seat cushion, broken crockery, etc, etc, ect..

Let's start off with reference to the contents of PS Woodcock's witness statement, dated, 20th September 1985, in particular the contents of page 5:-

'The kitchen itself was in general disarray with the table overturned and broken crockery'..

Well, hang on a moment..

Here are several examples of the earliest crime scene photographs that have been disclosed in one way or another, but I don't see 'an overturned kitchen table'..

I can see by the direction that the two toppled over stools have both fallen, and by reference to the topple wooden chair, and what appears to be broken crockery on the kitchen floor where the table had been toppled and overturned, but somebody had replaced items back on top of the table trying to disguise the fact that the table had in fact been toppled over - now, I don't for one moment believe that Sheila reset the kitchen table for breakfast after the table had been put back on its four legs! Neither do I think that Jeremy had he been the killer would have uprighted the kitchen table and reset everything on top of it!

The only people who had any sort of an interest in resetting the overturned kitchen table were the police, because that table got knocked over when the police entered the kitchen and a struggle ensued between Sheila and a police officer (PS Woodcock)! That table was overturned throughout the period when according to the contents of the timed police radio message logs, there was a dead female body in the kitchen together with the body of Neville Bamber between 7.35am and about 8.10am...

Look at the layout of the kitchen table?

Notice the broken crockery on the kitchen floor top right hand side of table, and the two toppled kitchen stools, together with the upturned wooden chair (bottom left of table)?

Everything points to the kitchen table having been overturned by a person, or persons located in the vicinity of the overturned chair, so that 3 of the four wooden legs left the floor, pivoting on the right hand wooden leg of the kitchen table!

I have identified something on the kitchen floor, beneath the kitchen table which might be the body of a dead female - imagine the kitchen table toppled over like PS Woodcock said on page 5 of his witness statement, encircled in red marker pen!

Was this 'the body of the dead female' beneath the kitchen table after the table had been set back upon its four legs, and with crockery and utensils restaged?

Seems to be clear evidence that prior to the taking of photographs that the kitchen crime scene was definitely restaged by the cops!

The toppled wooden chair, and the 2 toppled stools in this particular crime scene photograph, together with another wooden chair  upon which Neville Bambers body was balanced somewhat precariously, also featured significantly, in the attempt to stem fresh blood from spreading further afield around the kitchen floor! In point of fact, a total of 4 seat cushions were gathered up from the kitchen floor and placed near to the base of the metal coal hod!

These 4 seat /stool cushions did not automatically fall into position, one on top of the other 3  next to the coal hod - they were placed there by a police officer!

These 4 seat cushions were collected up from the locations of the toppled over chairs and stools in the general location as depicted by the red coloured individual squares of a plan of the kitchen! Gathering them all together at the base of the metal coal hod as indicated by the red squares in a green background in the same plan drawing..

There was a specific reason and purpose why these 4 seat cushions were all gathered up and positioned together, one on top of the other, to form a physical barrier thus preventing the dispersal of blood away from the base of the bucket - that reason and purpose was linked to the very same reason and purpose regarding the movement and positioning of a towel and Neville Bambers trousers into a similar location!

The object appears to have been with the intention of preventing blood spreading further afield on the kitchen floor!

There is also the question of the wooden chair which Neville Bambers body had been physically sat upon behind the internal kitchen door which at one stage blocked off a swift entry into the kitchen by the firearms team! Somebody had positioned 'that' chair back and in an upright position flush against the very same door preventing anyone further entering the kitchen by that door! The positioning of that chair behind the door as depicted in a crime scene photograph could only have been as a result of having been done by the police!

The bottom line in the case of who staged the death scene of Neville Bamber in the kitchen, including the use of seat cushions, a towel, a pair of trousers, overturned chairs and stools, and of course placing one wooden chair against the internal kitchen door thus preventing 'it' from being used by anyone to enter the kitchen was and could only have been the police, themselves!

I would now like to talk about the real possibility that Neville Bambers hands were tied prior to his murder?

First things first, we need to establish whether or not this is Neville Bambers forearm, or June Bambers forearm?

There appears to be what look like ligature marks present, leading to a strong possibility that his killer tied his hands and arms together before shooting him, or otherwise?

But...

According to the evidence it was June Bamber who had an exit wound on one of her forearms!
