No,I know I shouldn't give up but the way things are nowadays I can't help feeling that this case in particular is a lost cause. It's a clever person who can cut through the red-tape and bureaucracy such as was administered at previous appeals.

Davids interpretation of the legal evidence.

He forgets -

One alive suspect.

The one alive suspect had several motives.

The one alive suspect had an opportunity.

The one alive suspect had no alibi.

The mountain of sourced forensic evidence available online. There may be more.

The mountain of sourced circumstantial evidence available online. There may be more.

A 20 year old major prosecution witness who wouldn't dare perjure herself in such a serious way.

No one able to explain how Sheila committed the massacre. The most accurate being Mike's - 'by shooting them'.

The arrest, conviction and 33 years of failed attempts to ( as Bamber says) 'find a way to win this'. Most recently the CCRC not even passing the case onto the COA.

---------------

But if it makes David happy to create a thread a Buddy, Lookout & Roch will like, so be it. Doubt the establishment are quaking in their boots.
AS usual another load of Crap from Adam
You will always stick to your views. Fact is you will not admit that the silencer evidence ie weak.

Until you can get someone to gainsay the silencer evidence, such as the children overhearing the adults confessing to have manufactured this evidence ( a bit like the Chris Huhne case though much more serious) you may find that you don't have a leg to stand on.  https://www.theguardian.com/uk/2013/feb/04/messages-toll-chris-huhne-relationship-son

Was anyone ever aware that it's ALWAYS been a police policy to BELIEVE every word of a victim of crime regardless of the crime ? Would this skewed policy be to blame for all the MOJ's ? Of course it would !

Pleased to say that this policy is about to change--------though too late for some !!
