If Jeremy had been the killer of the other four victims (June, Neville, Daniel and Nicholas), it would have served his intention to get his hands on his parents estate(s), and at some time in the not to distant future, his share of Mabel Speakmans estate, for 'Sheila to have survived the tragedy', rather than to be consumed as part of it!!

I don't think, or believe that Jeremy Bamber shot dead his sister, or that he staged her death scene on the main bedroom floor!

How do you make that out?

If Jeremy Bamber had been the killer, he would have wanted, or intended Sheila Caffell to have been found alive, responsible for shooting dead the other four victims..

'Diminished responsibility', if it could be proven that at the time Sheila shot dead the other four victims (in whatever circumstances), Sheila would have arguably been prevented from benefitting from the deaths of her parents, paving the way forward for Jeremy to become the sole beneficiary!

The beneficiary of not only his parents estate(s), but subsequently, Mabel Speakmans estate, or at least 50% of 'it'..

Jeremy's entitlement to benefit from his parents estate(s), and his grandmother's estate, falling by the wayside, because of his conviction for the murders of his family - I simply can't buy into this, considering the age of his grandmother, and his parents..

Much more likely, more probable, that the deaths of June, Neville, Daniel and Nicholas, were as a result of a mental embellishment on the part of Sheila Caffell, who was suffering from the withdrawal effects of her haloperidol dosage been halved shortly before the tragedy unfolded...

If Jeremy had been the killer of the other four victims, it would have been to 'his' advantage for Sheila to remain alive, so that he could benefit from an entitlement to his parents estate(s), and subsequently to his 50% share of Mabel Speakmans estate, in the not too distant future!

Surely..

There is, however, no evidence whatsoever, that Jeremy shot dead his mother, June Bamber, that he shot dead both of his nephews, or that he subsequently shot dead his father, Neville Bamber, or that he left his sister alive, so that she could take the blame and the responsibility for the massacre, to enable him (Jeremy) to acquire any financial gain from this matter, one way or another!

I think the prosecution's case, in this instance, is one of those cases, where they have made out a false scenario..

It would never have been part of Jeremy Bambers intention to kill his sister (as alleged) because he needed her alive, to take the wrap for the shootings, if he was ever going to get his hands, upon his parents estate(s)..

With Sheila alive, and held responsible, in her state of mind, suffering with mental illness, I doubt that she would ever have been deemed a beneficiary in her parents death, or the death of Mabel Speakman!

You've stole my thunder, Mike, as my next thread on Sheila was going to cover this very topic.

If I am wrong about this, then with Sheila Caffell's life being spared, only for the police to be responsible for killing Sheila, the estate(s) of the Bamber parents would not automatically be dispensed to the relatives to 'share out' and 'divvy' between themselves, but rather perhaps Colin Caffell (the father of the two child victims) would have received, Sheila's / Daniels / and Nicholas's entitlement...

Instead, the wealth associated with the people who had been murdered (Neville, June, Sheila, Daniel and Nicholas) was split between relatives, the Boutflours, the Eaton's and the Pargeter's...

The very same persons who we find are responsible for the introduction of the Sound Moderator, blood and paint evidence, which ultimately sealed Jeremy Bambers fate!
