The Sound moderator handed over by Ann Eaton to DC Oakey on the 11th September 1985, had the original exhibit reference of 'AE/1', she also handed over another exhibit 'AE/2', and another exhibit which ultimately became 'HGO 1 (a)'...

The Sound Moderator 'AE/1' that Essex police submitted to the Lab' on the 20th September 1985, eventually became exhibit 'DRB/1'. The prosecution claimed that Sheila Caffells unique blood was found trapped inside the baffle plates of 'it', allegedly found on the 12th September 1985, by the prosecutions ballistic expert, Malcolm Fletcher, blood which was tested at the Lab' on the 12th, 13th, 18th and 19th September 1985, but this could not have been possible!

Exhibit 'AE/1' Sound Moderator

Exhibit 'AE/2'

Exhibit 'HGO/1(a)'

Exhibit 'DRH/15' Anshuzt Rifle

'Wow'..

I can report the following astonishing true fact that will blow this case wide open!

There does not exist in any disclosed version of Ann Eaton's witness statements, or any reference by any police officer (namely, DC Oakey, or DC I Wright) in any witness statement the exhibit bearing the identifying mark of 'AE/1' (the sound moderator handed to police by Ann Eaton on the 11th September 1985)!  All references to exhibits in her name, start from 'AE/2', onward...

What this tells us is that there was a deliberate attempt by the relatives, police, and Lab' experts, to make out a false case for how Sheila Caffell's unique blood and red paint from the kitchen aga, purportedly found their way as contaminants inside and upon the same sound moderator which ended up being referred to by the rather unique exhibit reference of 'DRB/1'...

'AE/1' became 'DRB/1'...

'DRB/1' was originally, 'AE/1'...

The exhibit reference 'AE/1' was taken out of the equation deliberately because it served to identify the fact that Essex police had given the Sound Moderator back to the family, and that the scratch marks did not appear on the kitchen aga surround until police had given the Sound Moderator back to the relatives! Rather more astonishingly, the Sound Moderator wasn't even at the Lab' until 20th September 1985, and therefore none of Sheila Caffell's unique blood could have been found or detected inside it, as attested to, or claimed by the prosecution! Had this been known by the jury, the prosecution's case would have shuddered to a grinding halt amid very strong suspicion that relatives, cops and experts had sought to introduce fabricated evidence!

'AE' and '11/9', confirmation that Ann Eaton did hand over the Sound Moderator to police, exactly one month after her husband, 'Peter Eaton' had handed the Sound Moderator to DS 'Stan' Jones, on 12/8...

How could 'the relatives' still be in possession of the Sound Moderator, one month after they had already handed it over to Essex police?

The relatives, the police, and the prosecution's Lab' experts, misled the court about the find, hand over, and the examination of 'the silencer'. The court was fooled into accepting that the blood evidence and the paint evidence associated with the Sound Moderator, was unique and that there was no possibility of deliberate contamination on the part of one party or another! Yet, what we now find, is that cops handed back the Sound Moderator, on some as yet unidentified date prior to the 11th September 1985, to enable Ann Eaton, as she was at pains to do, to hand 'that' Sound Moderator back to the police, by which stage 'it' had been contaminated with paint from the kitchen aga!

Everything points to the relatives having deliberately contaminated the Sound Moderator with paint from the kitchen aga surround - they faked the scratch marks on the aga surround one month after the tragedy, so that the Sound Moderator evidence could be relied upon to help convict Jeremy Bamber of these murders, and for the relatives to 'get their greedy hands' on the Bamber parents estates, and a further half share of Mabel Speakmans inheritance, which would in normal circumstances, in the grand scheme of things have gone to Jeremy Bamber as the beneficiary!

This brings me, on to the questions asked of the jury to the trial judge!

'Aagh...

Yeah, the jury weren't as stupid as some people would like to think!

They were 'onto the relatives'...

Pity, they never got to know that police had returned the Sound Moderator to the relatives at a critical stage in the process, when the scratch marks manifested upon the kitchen aga surround! Pity they didn't get to know, that the Sound Moderator was not even present at Huntingdon Lab' at the time Sheila Caffell's unique blood group activity was supposedly found inside it!

Pity, the jury never got to contemplate whether or not the relatives, were aided by Essex police and corrupted Lab' experts, hell-bent on getting a conviction against Jeremy Bamber, no matter what?

The prosecution must have been in on this conspiracy, as too was the trial judge Drake!

We need to hear in an official capacity from the CPS, from Essex police, from the Lab' experts, and from the relatives, the identity of the exhibit bearing the exhibit reference 'AE/1'...

We must demand that they tell us chapter and verse regarding everything and anything worth knowing about Ann Eaton's Sound Moderator, the one she handed over to Essex police on 11th September 1985!!

The other relatives (Peter Eaton, David Boutflour, Robert Boutflour, Pamela Boutflour, and Anthony Pargeter), must have all been privy to this deception, together with DS Stan Jones, DI Ron Cook, DC Hammersley, DS Davidson, DS Eastwood, DC Oakey, DCI Wright, DCS Mick Ainsley, ACC Peter Simpson, CC Bunyard, and the rest of this motley crew of conspirators, including the COLP investigators!

Jeremy Bambers convictions can no longer be justified - the Criminal Justice System has been brought into disrepute, by those who operate and work within its system, helped by relatives who were hell bent on getting Jeremy Bamber convicted as the murderer, without any evidence whatsoever to support what they were claiming! So, between themselves, relatives, cops and experts at the lab,' all played apart in producing g faked silencer, blood and paint evidence to show that Sheila couldn't have shot and killed herself! When all along, she hadn't and didn't! The truth of the matter was that Sheila shot and killed the other 4 victims, but alas she did not kill herself - police shot and killed Sheila!

This fact alone, contributed toward convicting Jeremy Bamber as her killer!

If he killed Sheila, the prosecution reasoned that he must have killed the other 4 victims!

But..

He had not killed his sister, he did not shoot her, he did not stage her death scene on the main bedroom floor clutching the rifle from the box room window!

Worse still - cops actually photographed the contents of the cupboard under the stairs in the den, on the first morning of the tragedy! Negatives were cut out from the negative strips because the Sound Moderator was captured as being present in the cupboard at the material time!

Of 10 photographs taken of and inside the cupboard under the stairs, cops had removed 8 negatives from the original strip of 10 negatives (0039), and withheld the evidence which contradicts any claim that Essex police did not find the sound moderator in 'that' cupboard on the first morning of the police investigation...
