OK, show me the proof that her nail was damaged?

I wish I could, but we've only seen one foot------which was allegedly Sheila's foot with the bloodspots.

So you have no idea that it was then.

Until I see both feet with one foot showing a misplaced toenail,no. How about you ? Unless you've seen both feet can you say for certain that no broken nail had been found ?
Why was it written up in the first place if it wasn't true ?

Would you not think that someone with 30 years+ experience could tell the difference between a flake of paint and a discarded toe-nail ?
There were NO flakes of paint from the surface scratches,so what else could it have been ?

The claim has come from nowhere and is not mentioned in the autopsy report so I'm backing the notion that it's not true. David said he has a picture which may or may not support your claim, but unless we see it .......

Suthurst isn't an expert on paint flakes or nail varnish flakes, he's a photography expert and is no more qualified to determine what objects are or where they originated than I am. Is it likely that Sheila lost part of her toenail/varnish in the exact same spot as the paints flecks would have fallen? Or is that taking coincidence just a little too far? But just how was Suthurst qualified to determine where the flake originated without any forensic test of the composition of it? I guess 'only a best guess' only works if it helps Jeremy.

I'd have thought that anyone with half an eye would notice a flake of paint against a flake of nail varnish with toenail still attached.
Where did the flake of paint come from, since the scratches were only lightly scored ? Any paint from the marks which were made would have attached to the implement which was used.

What difference will it make if you lot see it? You will either

A) Deny the authenticity of it.

B) Crop and edit bits of it out (like last time)

C) Include Sheila as a willing participant in Jeremy's plan.

Seriously what is the point?  ???

I know such photo exists and I wont be losing any sleep if you do not believe me either.  ^-^

Sheila had a couple of broken toe nails, didn't she?

She was supposed to have got spotlessly clean feet, and spotlessly clean hands, but as a result of the disclosure of some photographs she had spots of blood on the sole of her foot, and blood on the top part of her right hand!

That's YOUR specialty and no, I don't believe you. Weren't you the one who said that people shouldn't be allowed to claim things if they aren't prepared to back it up?

Worn nail varnish does not a chipped nail make!

Of course I remember it but it doesn't show a chipped nail - just worn nail varnish!
