I wonder why there is no witness statement from your mother who was inside your house when my wife left ours? Didn't my wife tell your mother to stop shouting at her, and to keep her nose out of my wife's business? My wife never told your mother to phone the police you lying toe rag. It was your mother who told my wife that she was going to phone the police. Get your facts right. I have good reason to believe that it was your mother who phoned the occupants of No. 21, from No.27, telling them, "that its kicking off, again, next door", and "send Wayne up to smash his head in". That makes her an accomplice in the plot to murder me...

Your evil mother is not going to get away with playing her part in the plot to kill me...

And neither are you, and Joe Watmoughs partner, you are all involved in a conspiracy to murder me. You all had malice aforethought in your minds before I even set foot outside my own front door. The intent by all the lot of you was to cause me serious harm. You don't send for people to come and bash somebody's head in, and not expect them to come up the road empty handed. You all knew full well what was going to happen, and it happened. Your all evil scumbag, benefit fraudsters, and drug dealers...

just because you've got bent coppers on your side at the moment won't stop me digging deep to expose them, and your mob. I know that drug dealing takes place down the road from where I live. I have witnessed it first hand, seen it with my own two eyes. It will only be a matter of time until a decent set of law abiding coppers come along and nail the lot of you evil mothers'...

There is also no witness statement from one of the occupants at No.21 yet either, AMY, who relayed the message from No.21 down the road, to Wayne Clarke's house, at No.15...

The bricks in the road, when police arrived on the scene, were bricks which Wayne and Joe brought with them from the garden of No. 15, after being sent for to smash my head in - bricks have already been photographed on the front garden of No.15...

In total, there were at least 8 conspirators involved in the plot to kill me. Six different people located inside strategic houses on the road where I live, and the two hitmen who tried unsuccessfully to beat me to death. I know the names of every one of them, I know the roles each of them all played in the joint enterprise that all 8 were engaged in, with malice aforethought, and an intent to kill me...

As if I already don't have sufficient proof to bring the rafters down in this matter. I have recently been told, that when police turned up to take witness statements from my stepdaughter and my wife, that it was the same officers who had been to my neighbours and been influenced by being shown posts I have made on this forum to demonstrate my dislike of police corruption. The officers broke their necks to tell my stepdaughter and my wife these things, as well as to corrupt my stepdaughters and my wife's minds, by telling them that I had supposedly hospitalized one of our neighbours. This serves to demonstrate how much the police officers minds had been conditioned by my neighbours, and in turn how those very same police officers sought to condition the minds of my stepdaughter, and my wife, before taking witness statements from them both...

South Yorkshire Police are corrupt, and bias. Nothing has changed since the 'Hils'brough disaster', they are still bias...

they probaly showed them the thread you started .bring back hanging for corrupt police officers and others.but the thing is its your opinion.and thank god we live in a country that one can express their opinions plus its only a remark on a forum.as i said before mike try and get some sort of media attention on the case.59 year old disabled and diabetic man beaten mercylessly with a baseball bat.if it came out in national media would cause a outcry

There some people in society who control the police, and there are others who are seemingly persecuted by the police...

That balance, has got to change...

The way that alleged crimes are investigated, needs overhauling...

I have identified a flaw in the way police deal with almost every complaint, or investigation. It basically depends upon whether the police treat a person as a victim, or a suspect. Depending upon whether a person is treated as a suspect, or a victim, determines how the evidence is gathered, paraphrased, and presented to the CPS...

Every person should be given the right to be interviewed as a victim, or a suspect, or both...

Before the CPS can decide whether or not to charge a person with an alleged offence, both approaches should be considered without prejudice.
