Clearly you have absolutely nothing to back up this rubbish.

Hillsborough and the subsequent lies which prevailed for so long have absolutely nothing to do with your arrest.

The truth came out over 23 years later following incredible work done by the families, HFSG, HJC and many others, leading to the Hillsborough Independent Panel releasing their report on the disaster on September 12 2012.

To claim 'credit' that the lies and real truth were not revealed earlier was because of you is not only wrong, but insensitive, grossly misleading and deeply distressing for those who suffered at and as a result of Hillsborough.

By all means argue your own case, but don't attempt to link yourself to Hillsborough, without compelling evidence, as this is very insensitive and hurtful.

Imagine how victims of the dead feel if they read this. "Well everything we did is worthless. The truth would have come out crystal clear, years ago but for some guy called Mike!" - HURTFUL, MISLEADING, INSENSITIVE, DISRESEPCTFUL AND WRONG

First of all, stop speaking to me with that awful tone of yours, you do not know what you are talking about. Of course my case is linked to the methods adopted by South Yorkshire police who altered the contents of witness statements, without the knowledge of the named witnesses. Stop talking crap, you have no idea about what you are talking about. Falsifying of witness statement contents had been ongoing long before the events at Hillsboro' in 1989. The police in South Yorkshire had been falsifying the contents of witness statements years before Hillsboro' happened, and bird brain, in my own cases, so shut the fuck up, Lets get the facts right, about when the tamperings with the contents of police witness evidence had occurred in my own cases, and Hillsboro'...

5th December, 1985 - my case (altering of witness statement contents)
22nd January 1986 - my case (altering of witness statement contents)
29th January 1986 - my case (altering of witness statement contents)
19th March 1986 - my case (altering of witness statement contents)
15th August 1986 - my case (altering of witness statement contents)
25th January 1987 - my case (altering of witness statement contents)

1989 - Hillsboro' - this is your interest, in falsifying/altering of witness statement contents

9th July 1991 - my case (altering of witness statement contents)

What gives you the divine right to say it was wrong for police to edit and falsify the contents of witness statements when it refers to Hillsboro', but not to any of my cases, I was a victim of this sort of corruption long before the shit hit the fan with Hillsboro'...

You want to fucking waken up boy, police corruption in South Yorkshire did not start with Hillsboro', it had been ongoing in the district long beforehand, and Inquest verdicts have been quashed because police tampered with these witness statement contents, but there are others, and I am one of them, where convictions have been secured by a reliance on the same kind of shit and disturbing practice of tampering with the contents of witness statements and our convictions or shall I say verdicts have not yet been quashed...

Tell me big boy, what is the difference between what happened in Hillsboro', and what happened to me, and many others, are you saying that it was alright to tamper with the contents of police witness statements in our cases, but not in Hillsboro', since if you are, basically, FUCK OFF...

I demand that the verdicts in my cases should be quashed and a retrial ordered, because of the FACT that the contents of police witness statements were tampered with by a different police officer, in whose name the statement had been originally set out in. Pages of original contents were removed and not disclosed. Police officers claimed they made notes up with other officers, to entitle them to make witness statements for eachother because they supposedly had the same notes in their pocketbooks, yet Greater Manchester police discovered that one of the officers had not had the all important pocketbook issued to him, until six days after he had supposedly written up his notes inside, in the company of the other officer he made the statement for...

Don't try to tell me about police corruption which was rife amongst South Yorkshire police between the mid 1980's to the mid 1990's...

It started long before Hillsboro', and continued until long afterwards, and claimed many victims, of which I am one...

Show some fuc*ing respect. Your small time burglaries and arrests by SYP had nothing (0%) to do with Hillsborough and what prevailed. What u have 'been through' doesn't compare at all.

Stop playin the Mr I am card and try to show some respect for the victims and their families.

Listen, nutjack, you show some fucking respect, if police didn't do anything wrong when they tampered with the contents of witness statements in my case, then they also did nothing wrong when they tampered with the witness statements in Hillsboro', you bafoon, you and people like you make me fucking angry, you are a no good piece of slime, lower than a snakes belly, basically fuck off, you are not interested in anybody else's demise at the hands of corrupt South Yorkshire police. What do yiu know anyway, about anything, I am not linked to what happened at Hillsboro', its what happened at Hillsboro', which is linked to my case, because of the very same tactics adopted against me, and the victims of Hillsboro', you do not know what you are talking about, why don't you drop dead you worthless piece of crockadile shit..,

My freedom abd innocence was sacrificed for the sake of keeping the lid on the Hillsboro' scandal and cover up...

Hurtful, untrue, disrespectful

Massively disrespectful to the thousands and thousands who have been affected to link yourself to Hillsborough.

What senior south yorkshire police did when they altered the contents of witness statements (1989), was already being practised in many other cases, including my own, many years beforehand. The widespread doctoring of witness statements had been going on for years long before the FA cup semi-final, what happened in the aftermath of Hillsboro', was a continuation of what had been practiced for many years previously. Therefore, Hillsboro'  and all these other cases where south yorkshire police tampered with the contents of witness statements are inextricably linked together, whether you like it or not. How can it be wrong for police to tamper with the contents of witness statements in Hillsboro', resulting in the inquest verdicts being quashed, yet in all these other cases, involving the same shocking tactics, not have verdicts of guilt, quashed and retrials ordered...

What happened to me, happened before Hillsboro', and afterwords, so how can anyone suggest that all these cases are not linked, of course their linked...

Another thing, sureky you are not going to try and suggest that there were no drunken Liverpool supporters at the stadium that day? Surely you are not going to try and maintain that everyone of the Liverpool supporters who turned up at the ground had valud tickets to get in? Ask yourself this, how many burglars, thieves, robbers and fraudsters were amongst the crowd which pushed its way toward the tunnel in the West stand?

If anybody has no respect for the 96 who perished you should take a long hard look at yourself, the only person who is being disrespectful to their memory is you, for falsly trying to pin the blame for doing the same on them...

Really don't understand why u are so disrespectful.

You rightly or wrongly have been arrested and imprisoned for burglary.

Not quite sure what you don't understand but Hillsborough is completely different to your case. Did you have tens of thousands of people who knew the truth from day 1?

Not really sure what the purpose of your posts are but once again I will repeat that they are not true, disrespectful and hurtful.

Out of interest do you stand by your post made to me last night? I await my apology unless u actually do want me to die?

My case is linked to the Hillsboro' cover up, and the same high profile people who were the brains behind the introduction of, doctored witness statement cibtents, were involved in my cases, and at Hillsboro'...

The prime minister, the Home Secretary, Judges, senior South Yorkshire police officers, the media, and unsuspecting and gullible members of the public who think police can do nothing wrong...

At the conclusion of my appeal (1994) in the court of appeal, after my appeal had been turned down, Michael Mansfield, QC, addressed the court as follows:-

He pointed out that there existed fresh evidence in the form of a Home office forensic Scientists findings, that a police notebook, bearing the serial number, 44854, which consisted of 30 sheets of folded lined paper (the body of the book), which produced 120 numbered pages,  and a folded piece of card (the cover of the book). After he having examined this pocket book, Phillip Rydeard has concluded that the body of the pocket book, and its cover had been separated, and that impressions found upon the inner front and rear cover of the book, did not match writings written upon overlaying pages. Also, additional staple holes were present in some of the pages, which he concluded were consistent with the contents of the poketbook having been re-written later on, so that he could include the contents of two retyped pages of evidence which had been inserted into the body of his 9 page witness statement, which during the trial had consisted of 10 pages...

MANSFIELD, QC, asked the court of appeal to grant leave to appeal the decision not to allow my appeal, so that the House of Lords, could review it...

The judges, in thier infinite wisdom refused leave to appeal the matter, adding that Mansfield, QC, could submit the case for review on his own violition within 28 days, but he was told that if he did do, that in response the appellate court would implement the priviso...

After the appeal, Mansfield, QC, came down to the dungeons beneath the court of appeal - and I asked him what the appellate court meant when they said they would implement the priviso?

He told me, that basically it meant that if they implemented the proviso, that there would be no prospect of getting my convictions quashed in the house of Lords, because they did not have to give grounds or reasons for refusing it at the appeal court stage...

I asked, Mansfield, QC, to tell me what this proviso threat entailed...

He told me, (1) - it may have something to do with National security, (2) - it may effect issues relating to the detection of crime, (3) - it would not be in the public interest, and (4) - there might be a threat of interfering with witnesses...
