You suddenly believe what Jeremy said then Adam?

You can't assume that she went to sleep just because she was wearing her nightie. People do have insomnia you know. Do you also know what time she got up on the morning of 6th August?

Sheila was not sedated and because the halved dose of haldol was diminishing it would have left her agitated and hyper,so not in any mood for sleeping.
It's as bad giving a reduced dose of medication as it is to overdose as both have the same or similar effect as having none at all, especially with anti-psychotic medication.

I absolutely agree with this lookout. To me this points to her having an episode. Only my opinion though just like I don’t believe she went to bed. Her bed hadn’t been slept in. Compared to June and Neville’s where they obviously go to bed.

If Sheila did get out of bed, she did so very neatly - she even pulled the covers back up towards the pillow.

The conversation with Dorothy Bencher doesn't support Bamber's implied suggestion that they were talking about having the twins fostered out. People keep missing out the point that she emphasised that June was 'obviously AGAINST this idea'.

I think any grandma would be against the hospital idea Caroline but I’m not convinced it still wouldn’t of happened of course for the best of interests on June’s part. However I’m sure Colin wouldn’t have allowed it and would have stepped in with full time care for them

If we look at the previous times she'd "had an episode" she was either banging her fists against the wall or putting her wrist through glass. She wasn't killing four with 23 shots, none of which missed, then changing out of bloodied clothing, burning them in the Aga then changing into a nightdress to commit suicide, with or without silencer attached.

She'd always turned the psychosis inward before and I see no reason for her to deviate from previous behaviour.

To be fair Steve a gun was not at hand during her known other episodes.

That's a fair point, but a gun which was stiff and needed reloading.

How do you know Sheila's bed had not been slept in.

June & Nevill certainly slept in their bed. June was shot 5 times in it.

Or because it was summer, she slept on top. However, perhaps that's what she did as a matter of habit - I do the same.

If she hadn't taken out one of her earrings, then maybe she either never intended to go to bed or she changed her mind about going to bed.

I don’t for definite but it’s more than probable or why did she make it before being slaughtered
