I think blood evidence was fundamentally flawed...

I am not convinced that the blood expert (John Hayward, or any of his assistants) was/were entitled to claim that the blood found in the silencer, belonged exclusively to Sheila Caffell...

I will post my evidence for believing this very shortly...

Blood experts obtained a full blood profile of Sheila Caffell, and all the other victims, including the relatives, which was not relied upon at the trial or any subsequent appeal - which undermines the claim that the blood found in the silencer was unique to Sheila...

I have read yours and others findings on the  mix around etc of the sound moderators.dates collected.tested etc. I think it is all rather very suspicious to say the least.Have or will Jeremys defence team be using these findings re-the CCRC? Only this evidence seems to be very powerful in support of Jeremys case.Or is there more work yet to be done on the findings?

Still more work to be done, particularly with the results of the blood profiles that were obtained as part of this case, but not relied upon at the trial or the failed appeal bid in 2002...

I am hoping to post those results very soon...

Its a shame the silencer debacle wont be ready this time around.I personally believe the flawed silencer evidence is his best chance of being freed,as it was the only piece of material evidence that was used.I wonder if the photographic experts will find anything to Jeremys advantage.I suppose we are all waiting with baited breath.

I understand that the mortuary photographs show the distribution of blood upon the body and face of Sheila, is different to how it was shown on the body and her face at the scene, and may help to determine the time of her death...
