Nevill's wounds appear to have been inflicted from both the front and the rear of his body. Were any bullet cases attributed to Nevill's wounds found in the bedroom?

If so that would appear to indicate that Nevill would have already been shot and was wounded before he made the alledged call to Jeremy.

If already shot and wounded would you ring 999 or call a nearby relative to come over quickly?

I beleive it has been reported that Jeremy's explanation for Nevill allegedly calling Jeremy as opposed to dialling 999 was because Nevill liked to keep things in the family and not involve outsiders.
I suppose it all depends if Ralph made the phone call willingly or at the point of a gun?

How does making the alleged telephone call at gun point work??????

What would be the purpose of allowing Nevill to make a call to Jeremy?

To get Jeremy over so he could also be shot?

The defence are claiming there is new evidence of a Police log reporting a telephone call Nevill allegedly made to the Police 10 minutes before the alleged call to Jeremy.

The Police logs for Jeremy's call to the Police and the alleged call from Nevill to the Police indicate the same brief and limited information.

So if telephone calls are made at gun point are we to beleive Nevill at gun point is allowed to call the Police via an exchange line number, as opposed to 999, and 10 minutes later be allowed to call Jeremy imparting the same limited information?

Interesting post.  Neville's alleged call to the police is one of the most hotly contested issues on this forum.  Kaldin and I think TBM tore in to it on the relevant thread.  Mike T posted that It was Taff Jones theory about Sheila trying to set up Jeremy.  Nobody really knows what was going on in the farmhouse re either the exact sequence of events or how they were played out.  Panic may have ensued.  Adrenaline mixed with disorientation, due to the being woken up by the attack.  How can this be pieced together?  Jeremy will know of course, if he is guilty as many believe or suspect.
