Mugfords statements.
« on: May 12, 2017, 05:18:PM »
" I told Jeremy that I couldn't stand the pretence any longer, and wanted to go out". [No problem going out with a murderer then].
" what annoyed me was Colin was showing love, and affection I felt that what had happened and that Jeremy had had his children killed he was abusing Colin's good nature".
Who had Jeremy hired to kill Colin's children?
" In the pizza bar I again got upset, and told Jeremy he wasn't being fair". WHAT he is supposed to have murdered five people, and was just being unfair.
" Then he said he had done it because he had convinced himself that there was a valid reason".
No reason to go to the police then! Susan battersby duly obliged.

So rather than go to the police she preferred to go out ?
Abusing Colin's good nature, and she sat there and allowed the charade to continue ?
That would be McDonald who'd been hired then ?
Eating in a pizza bar ? She must have been upset then !
Do we know the valid reason ? Has it been explained ?
I won't bother going to the police,I know what he's like for making things up,I'll tell my friend instead.

It was Liz Rimmington who rang Stan Jones. Julie was present.

Julie told 5 people before speaking to the police. After one month.

What were you expecting, Julie to tell the police at 8am on the massacre morning ?

Hi Lookout, yes strange indeed. She had no problem sleeping with a mass murderer. Her tongue only loosened after being dumped.

You find Julie's WS interesting. But Bamber's police interviews about the wills boring.

A bit selective. But the wills do show Bamber had no choice but to commit the massacre if he wanted to sip champagne in St Tropez.

Hi Buddy I have always been of the opinion that Julie had no serious knowledge about Jeremy killing his family he may from time to time said stuff jokingly I  am always using the phrase " I could kill you " but it does not mean I would kill anyone. I feel that she was coerced into believing Jeremy had murdered his family and she put herself first and took the option of not being charged for her criminal offences.  IMO Julie did believe Jeremy was guilty it was easier to live with herself but deep down years on what does she think and feel this is of course only my opinion I have nothing to back this up.

The police didn't know about her minor cheque book fraud when she approached them.

Please keep up.

You never cease to amaze me

Of course she should have told the police immediately if she had any idea Jeremy was responsible

But he never told her and he had nothing to do with the murders obviously

Hi lookout Julie knew EP were going to charge Jeremy so she had to think of herself and co-operated with EP so as not to end up with a criminal record (no teaching job) plus a big payout to buy a flat she was a celeb for a day and I do wonder if she was confident he would be convicted.  I hope as she gets older she will feel guilty for the wrong she did him.  We all see things so differently this is just my take on things.

Well she didn't. As she had been whisked over in a daze by Bamber. And she was Bamber's girlfriend.

She told the police after one month. After Catching her breath from all the jolly ups Bamber had taken on.

Deal with it.

Adam you keep up the police always run a check on anyone they are dealing with her cheque book fraud was fraud minor or major and she was involved in the caravan park robbery.  You seem to believe what suits your theories that is what most of them are.

Hi Jackie I agree with you totally.

Is that what you would have done as a 20 year old ?

Implicate the man you love while everyone was outside WHF grieving & the police were saying it was murder/suicide.

Brave woman.
