I think, bad as they are, we tend to accept the adults' injuries whilst avoiding thoughts of what happened to the children. Sometimes it becomes necessary to focus on them, though.

There is if he wouldn't of hurt her back as it was his daughter OR he was caught unaware and couldn't find back OR Jeremy did it I wish I bloody knew it's infuriating

Nevill was caught unaware with the first 4 shots. He ran downstairs bare footed in his pyjamas. By the time he got to the kitchen he knew what was coming.

Lucy, probably a silly question, but you were talking about the various books on another thread, have you read the Dickinson Report before? There's a link in the archives of its of interest?

Also in the photograph library there is an image showing the broken stock found near the Aga.
