George was charged, the case went through the DPP and he was convicted. An appeal then failed.

He's lucky it was a high profile case, and he had people willing to assist him. Another appeal 5 years later was made. This was successful mainly on the unlikely claim that the armed police accidentially put fire arm residue in George's Jacket.

He was refused compensation.

Two places at once. This suggestion was only made on the basis he went home to change. Which he didn't need to do. It wasn't a blood bath at Jill Dando's doorstep.

Anyway George got released after an 8 year fight.

Have you also noticed Adam that Barry George has very rarely ever talked publicly and openly about his conviction. Why does his sister campaign on his behalf, more often than not alone, with Barry nowhere in sight.

Barry George never appears to be around when his sister gives her public speeches and television interviews. Why not?

probely somthing to do with the fact he suffers from asbergers syndrome and other ilneses and would have trouble giving an interview.

Further Adam, it we were to apply the theory of psychological projection; in which humans defend themselves against their own unconscious impulses or qualities (both positive and negative) whilst denying their existence in themselves whilst attributing them to others to the interview Barry George given to the Mirror in July 2013 - it's quite an eye opener.

He claimed he was targeted by the police because "his life was disposable.

His sister Michelle Diskin suggested the courts decision to not pay compensation was "morally bankrupt.

He went on to say:

"Although I never met Jill Dando she was an innocent woman who was murdered and no person with any conscience could stand there and say they felt no compassion for her and her family."

For a man suffering "brain damage, Asperger syndrome and epilepsy - that's quite some statement.

Why didn't Michael Mansfield represent Barry George a second time round? What happened there?

http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/barry-george-first-interview-five-2051448

Following his release, George described how he and his family were unable to celebrate because of the media attention.

But who, after all these years, is still vying for the medias attention?

And who's choice is it to continue to do so?

In one of his newspaper interviews re:George, the journalist goes on to state:

"In a cheap ill-fitting suit and white socks he initially hides behind sunglasses, ironically made by the brand the police.

You only need look at Georges tv interviews on you tube to recognise all is not as it appears.

In one interview he suggests the Dando family have been deceived a little.

Why only a little?

There's another fact in this case which has been missed.

Barry George complained all his possessions were seized following his arrest and never returned to him.

Did he or his sister request the return or did someone authorise there disposal.

There is no proof the personal possessions weren't returned only the word of George.
