Jeremy and Julie were both engaged in drug cultivating, drug dealing, and drug smuggling, activities, as confirmed by the contents of Mugford's missing 10 September 1985 witness statement, consisting of 24 handwritten pages!
She knew what she was doing, she was involved in it all, and never got cautioned or charged with any criminal offence, which tells it's own story! She tended to the drug crops that were being grown, she peddled drugs at college and took money to cover her expenses, oh and she helped to smuggle drugs through customs from Amsterdam!
Lots of people have been convicted and sentenced for doing far less, and received lengthy terms of imprisonment, but not Julie Mugford' - I wonder why?
She never even got a caution for committing any of these criminal offences!
