Certainly was, Steph.

So then nothing he has said can be relied upon.

By that reasoning, everything stated by genuine solicitors should be relied upon.

Hard enough to process what genuine solicitors say when they may say different things, without going into the realms of believing fakes.

Who were 'Craig Jacobs', and 'Stephen Marzouilla'?

No stone unturned - i like your style Mike.

I think you will find the correct spelling is "Marzovilla".
"Craig Jacobs" and "Stephen Marzovilla" were aliases of "Scott Nicholas Errico".
Scott was heavily involved in very large scale drug importing to USA.
And definitely his USA based firm were very involved in many murders.

Like you i would seriously like to know why he was linked to the Bamber case.

Here is one link to get you started :

http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/shows/drugs/archive/whoprofits.html

This one is in French but can easily be translated :

Let us know how you get on researching this one.

When i looked into Stefanos war time revenge claims i came up with a strong suspect - a major Hollywood drug dealer - so let me know if you find any Hollywood links  :)

I've said to posters if they still want to support Bamber, they need to jump on board with the hit man theory. It was impossible for Sheila to have committed the massacre to match the crime scene.

Although it is also possible to still support Bamber by agreeing with Sherlock's new theory that AP killed everyone.

Lookout it was impossible for Sheila to committ the massacre.

It is still possible that Bamber is innocent if AP or a hit man team carried out the massacre.

Or you can support him on the basis of guilt  but unfair tactics by the police/relatives etc.

Feel free to make up you're own mind.

I noticed you did not post on my recent Anthony thread - i was wondering if this meant you could not rip the theory to shreds ...

I take it you have an open mind on the Anthony Pargeter theory ?

This is a serious question and i hope for a serious answer ...

If for example David Boutflour admitted planting the silencer (maybe because he thought Jeremy was guilty) - would you then still be sure (due to other evidence) that Sheila could not have committed the murders ?

Obviously with it being impossible for Sheila to be the killer, I have to look at you're AP suggestion.

Are you saying AP killed everyone, then staged the scene to make it look like Sheila. Then pressurised the police into changing focus & believing it was Bamber. So the relatives could inherit ?

AP could have committed the massacre in the same way I said Bamber did. Which matches the crime scene.

However AP would not risk telling Nevill to phone Bamber. He would want Nevill dead straight away. The kitchen fight shows no phone call request was made.

A way around this is for AP to ring up Bamber himself & pretend to be Nevill. Which explains why only 11 words were said.

Did AP live near WHF ? He would need to get there & back without being seen.

Ap would of been beneficiary to Nevilles estate had Jeremy died I think
