Professor Herbert Leon McDonnell was right in his findings, that's the way I see it - Sheila had not killed herself, she was killed by another. But like he said in one of his reports, although he was certain that Bambers sister had not taken her own life, in other words that somebody else had shot and killed her, he did say that there is no evidence to indicate that Jeremy had been the person responsible for her death. I have agreed with this finding from a very early stage of my involvement with this case. I don't believe Sheila shot herself, I believe she was shot...

Based on MacDonnells findings, does it mean that Sheila was murdered? Or, did she die by way of receiving that all fatal second shot as a result of a bizarre accident involving police negligence?

Was Sheila assassinated by hitmen, in the same way other members of the family were slaughtered? Only, her death disguised as an apparent suicide? No...

Cops staged Sheila's death scene on the bedroom floor, not any would be hitman, or hitmen...

Herbert Leon McDonnell has recanted his 1993 findings. In 1993 he did not know the police had moved the bible and body between photos. Hence he erroneously concluded it was murder.

In 2011 MacDonell told Channel 4 News.

Dr MacDonell, who testified in the OJ Simpson murder case and was involved in the investigations into the assassinations of US Senator Robert F Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr, told Channel 4 News:

“From the bloodstain patterns the victim’s arms must have been moved. Bloodstains on the floor showed that other objects were also moved. I concluded that it had to have been murder because of the two shots under her chin. (But) Some time later I learned that the pathologists concluded that she could have fired both shots so I now believe it could have been suicide as well.”

Dr MacDonell was also arrested in the third week of December 2012 (According to Hicks).

The New York state police say the 84 year old had inappropriate pictures of an 11 year old girl at his home.

In July of 2013, Dr MacDonnell pleaded guilty to reduced charges in order to avoid a trial and possible convictions for more serious offences.

The case involved apparent forensic fraud as Dr Macdonnell threatened to disseminate false information.

Hardly a reliable 'expert.'

McDonnell's then claims would not stand up in court!

Unfortunately, because of what he did (especially threatening to reveal someone's health history), his ethics are nil.

From what he did, he sounds like someone who doesn't like the word 'no' or admitting to being wrong. Not surprising he would then hedge his bets.

Jeremy Bamber, by his own admissions, was violent towards Julie Mugford.

There was the incident when he punched her in the face (Nose) and the incident when he attempted to strangle her. Both of which he minimalised. Which I imagine his supporters will also do.

Violence is violence Jackiepreece, however you dress it up.

Then there is the incident in jail where he smashed up his cell.

I'm in no doubt there are many more..
Do you mean this one Steph?

Mass killer Jeremy Bamber launched a vicious attack on a fellow prisoner with a broken bottle.

He rammed the jagged edges of a sauce bottle into his victim's face and tried to cut off his nose and ears. The inmate's scalp was also cut open.

The Home Office last night pledged an inquiry in the attack by Bamber, jailed for life after slaughtering his family for a pounds 500,000 inheritance.

The victim is believed to be serving a sentence for burglary. He was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery after the attack.

It is not the first time that Bamber, an inmate at Long Lartin top security prison in Worcestershire, has been in trouble in jail. He has been one of the most hated prisoners in Britain since the 1985 killing of his adoptive parents, his sister Sheila and her twin sons.

I don't recall the above attack but to be fair he's been a victim himself.  http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/3762995.stm

Thanks Justice, yes that's one of them! Though there are many more references to violence.

Seems I was right; he and SH are indeed very similar. SH also glassed someone.

Why do his supporters still claim he isn't dangerous? Not only dangerous as claimed above, one of the most hated prisoners in Britain! That takes some beating..

So we should be able to put in a freedom of information request in order to find out if Bamber was punished, shouldn't we.

And this of course will be placed on his prison security records, and will stay there. No wonder he's kept in an A Cat.

Victim ? It was some idiot who came up behind JB when he was on the phone and slit Jeremy's throat just missing the jugular vein. JB was rushed to hospital and had several stitches in his neck.

He had 26 stitches in his neck,Steve. The other guy wasn't injured to that extent, though what damage JB could muster when bleeding profusely,I don't know.

KILLER BAMBER'S BROKEN BOTTLE JAIL ATTACK.

It is not the first time that Bamber, an inmate at Long Lartin top security prison in Worcestershire, has been in trouble in jail. He has been one of the most hated prisoners in Britain since the 1985 killing of his adoptive parents, his sister Sheila and her twin sons.

Last year he was robbed of pounds 1,000-worth of jewellery, cash and personal belongings.

Earlier this year he was briefly removed from Long Lartin for his own safety after surviving a knife attack. He was transferred to Full Sutton jail near York, where he took up martial arts and keep-fit for his own defence.

It is understood the man he attacked with a bottle had tried to pick a fight with him.

A Home Office spokesman said there would be a major investigation.

"There was an incident in the prison which left one prisoner seriously injured," he said.
