100.000 signatures rule petition

would jb be allowed to get case looked at in parliment if supporters signed a petition and it reached 100.000 signatures .will different rules apply to him because he is on a whole life term.could be best form of action for him being as there are 80 odd million in the uk.we could start with a few from here than the ct .troods will count as 2 so theres a bonus  .i dont think its impossible he could get the signature he requires ;D

someone has said ct have already started a petition .if so maybe they can tell us when and how many signatures have they received  to date.i doubt it would reach 100,000 but its not impossible ;)
