well, yes i was thinking that myself...so if thats the case then carr had already made the family privy to information they shouldnt have been, and on finding out the jb had dumped jm they could have "had a little word" with julie.

i agree, there isnt, but a lot of evidence that may have proved innocence has been destroyed, edited or with held.

Mike, I read every word of your private communication
with David Shaw.
Whoever he is, what an articulate and straight to the point man
he is!
Thank you for posting it.
Did his book ever get completed?
Any chance of publication?
Facinating.

Wow. Thats pretty damning. I just don't understand why EP would rather go down the route of framing an innocent man than saying, yeah we screwed up and unfortunatley Sheila died. After all, its not unthinkable for something like that to occur in a firearm incident. Yes, they'd have been in the shit but it would have passed. If it does come to pass that Jeremy is freed and EP are shown to be corrupt beyond belief, how much damage will that do??

yes it would have been easier considering how things have turned out, for EP just to admit the mistakes they made, than to start digging their way out of trouble because in doing that they have dug to deep a hole.

if the truth ever comes out (the whole truth) look at the shit they will be in, they will regret deeply the decisions they made in the early days. thats if david shaw is to be believed. but i see no reason to disbelieve him personally.

But who the f*** is David Shaw ... and how did he come to know the case so deeply?   Why is it, that David Shaw, in particular, has come across this info?  And who has spilled their guts?  I know these questions wont be answered on here... but they should be asked.

David Shaw said that Sheila left a gun leaning against the window after she shot June. Was that the Anschutz rifle?  He also said that she went downstairs to wait for Jeremy. Which gun did she plan to kill him with?

He goes on to say that Sheila shot herself with the Anschutz in the kitchen. If that's the gun she left upstairs, why did she go and get it again instead of using a different one?

The gun bit has always puzzled me, I think what this matter may turn on, is which rifle was seen at the bedroom window by Julia Jeapes at about 7:15am, that morning, and which rifle was photographed by PC Bird (SOC) at the bedroom window? It is also a bit confusing as to why the non fatal bullet is referred to by the exhibit reference, PV/20 and the fatal bullet by PV/19, its as though the pathologist may have some idea that Sheila was shot twice in quick succession whilst in the bedroom, where the second non fatal shot had gone off accidentally, once the fatal shot had been fired?

I have other communications with David Shaw that I may consider posting out of interest...
