I have always said it must be hard for you Lookout, most has been talked about and it's going over the same things, you do really well because you seem on your own most of the time. Most who believe him innocent have either left or given up.
It's sheer determination, loyalty and of course my strong belief in Jeremy's innocence.Like Jeremy,I'd fight to the finish to see justice being seen to be done. I'll never give up believing that he's innocent and I look forward to the day that he will be released.
It takes a special type of person to endure years of incarceration living with the hope that one day " the powers that be " will indeed get it right and the truth will eventually out. Jeremy has coped with his own belief that he's innocent which has kept him strong as that's the effect that the truth has on a person. Only liars lose their cool and in time it tells in its own way.
Going back to the day he was arrested,I remember it vividly and his face was one of bewilderment, confusion and a slight amusement as he realised that " they'd got it wrong " and he was convinced at that time that he wouldn't reign long during his arrest because he'd had so much faith in himself. Sadly,he hadn't realised at the time that there were those in the background who were waiting to usurp the position he'd been left in and when you're not a " blood " relative it made the job of convicting an innocent man a lot easier and less complicated so it would have seemed knowing that he had no family,or anyone to support him. It was pure hatred towards Jeremy that sealed his fate and not the fact that five people lay dead/murdered to which he was so wrongfully blamed for.
