It's not a kop-out at all. You're just one of those individuals who wouldn't understand my way of thinking. Maybe if you'd studied the psychology of the human, you'd have an inkling of what I was on about. But not to worry,it's not your fault, but please don't have me down as stupid.
You have made a whole lot of assumptions there!

Has Jeremy ever said he "loved" farming?  If he did maybe it was figuratively speaking.  Like I might say I love Supervet when I what I really mean is I would love Prof Noel Fitzpatrick to shag me  ;D

Is there any evidence Jeremy hated farming?  He wasn't just a farmer he was a director at the caravan park.

Yes I think Jeremy was interested in farming from a biological perspective in terms of crops.  He did biology a level with this in mind and Colin said they both liked growing things and visited Kew Gardens together.
Good grief!  That's it, I can't take anymore.  I'm off to mow the lawns.

And to think that just the other day, you were pulling me up on my coarse language.

I should add that I did find the rest of your post interesting.

That's incorrect, Post guilty verdict the Defence just needs to prove reasonable doubt so the prosecution cant make their case, examples David Bain, Sion Jenkins and Marty Tankleff.

As I have said before I don't believe he is innocent nor do I believe he guilty, Belief requires a leap of faith. Being a rational person I don't take leaps of faith if evidence is not satisfactory I embrace the uncertainty.

The burden of proof falls on the accuser (YOU) if the accuser cannot prove guilt then the presumption of innocence applies (Innocent until proven guilty)

The state (according to its own standards) has denied Jeremy a fair trial thus I reject the verdict of that trial. But since you are so eager to point out he has been convicted and using that a basis for believing him guilty. Tell me what evidence did the crown present to secure this conviction?  ::)
All got away with murder, along with Sheila Bowler, Lisa and Marie Taylor and many others. Maybe your verdict is akin to the Scottish "not proven": not guilty, but don't do it again..

I thought I'd asked two straight forward questions.  Perhaps my wording was poor.

I'll try once more.

Do you believe that Jeremy was preparing to shoot rabbits?

Or;

Do you believe that he was making an excuse to leave the room?

No moving the furniture was after his new girlfriend.  He was supposed to drop June's bike off to but forgot so this could be a reason to phone and throw MM in while the police listened in.  Taff Jones didn't believe Julie others obviously did so why not say ok let's get her wired up and a confession?
There was almost a confession at Blazer's restaurant, Blackheath, where over the plat principal and the Chablis he told her he didn't feel anything post-murders, and "don't blame yourself..I would have gone ahead with it anyway.."

I've already explained elsewhere that he was making his excuses to leave the room, rather than butt-in on the on-going conversation/debate/argument that was going on.

He should have stayed put to get a gist of what it was all about rather than the " snippets " he produced. Though even then,he wasn't believed so I doubt that being present and listening in wouldn't have made a scrap of difference.
