Thanks for sharing that.
I begin to understand the silencer bit a little better.

Funny how he refers to human blood and blood from two OTHER animals. He does it three times. Well, we are animals, I see it that way too, just rare to see it worded like that.

Who made the corrections with the thicker pen? You, Mike, or Jeremy?

I haven't edited Jeremy's letter, he must have done the alterations...

I hope the documents I sent him recently will be as helpful as I think they will be for the CCRC?

So do I - Jeremy seems hopeful in his wording. You must be the best friend anyone in trouble could wish for!!!

Jeremy is now convinced that there were at least two different silencers, he believes that SBJ/1 and DB/1 are one and the same silencer, and that this silencer was originally found at the scene on 7th August 1985, by DS Jones (SBJ/1)?

He believes the other silencer, was the one (DRB/1) owned by his father, which was normally kept in the gun cupboard at whf...

For this to be true, the following may be relevant:-

DS Jones found silencer (SBJ/1) at the scene on 7th August 1985, and on 9th August 1985, he attends Jeremy's cottage along with DCI Jones, and they speak to Jeremy about the silencer being on the guns barrel on the evening before the shootings? Then after this interview, DS Jones and DCI Jones, return to whf where they meet up with Ann Eaton to hand over the keys - at this time, DS Jones places the silencer (SBJ/1) back in the gun cupboard at whf, after Eaton arrives and opens up whf...

Moving on...

Here are extracts from press coverage, where the police admit to finding a silencer at the scene...
