I have to admit I believe Stone guilty, mainly on the photofit and the fact that he knew the area, which was secluded and remote. He's a victim himself of an appalling childhood and later forsaken by the mental health system. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Stone_(murderer)

No but it's not Levi Bellfield's modus operandi. This was overkill from an individual with serious mental health issues.

Reading his Wikipedia entry you're right about that and I'm sorry if I got it wrong. I do think however that his victims were chosen as sexual targets and when they refused his advances this is when he turned nasty. I don't think the Russell crimes were sexually motivated and why should Bellfield go to such a remote spot with children as an encumbrance when there would be richer pickings right on his doorstep. This crime smacks to me of someone in desperate need of money for drugs and returning to a spot he knew as a child. I think his doctor testified that he felt the need to kill, though I don't have a transcript of the trial and in the light of no confession to the authorities the evidence is admittedly weak.

somone looking for money isnt really going to be hanging around in the middel of nowhere though.

i mean nobody could predict that the russels were going to use that path.

anyone looing for somone could of waited there all day for nothing wouldent a town be much better place to rob somebody.

but its taken him years to confess to ones he was convicted of serial dont just confess to all they done straght away.

thats true i can also see bugger all evdence agianst exept the uncobrated word of one man whos now a convicted murderer himself.
