No one in their right mind would want to be near, or joke around with and taunt, someone they believed to be a multi-murderer. SB ended up with the cake on her head which was possibly her motive for lying about Jeremy.

So true Lebaleb,  they planned together to stitch Jeremy up

I wonder if they ever get a good nights sleep

It might be a good idea for the Campaign Team or a national newspaper to track down Susan and maybe get more information about what truthfully happened with JB and if she regrets her witness statements

I am trying to find something to cut and paste about Battersbys behaviour which is hardly normal

I wil get to it soon just researching in depth

115. Miss Mugford also admitted that she had used a cheque book belonging to Susan Battersby which had been falsely reported as stolen to obtain some £700 of property in Oxford Street. She told the jury that she and Miss Battersby had repaid the money to the bank in October 1985 and that she had been cautioned for the offence.

You have stated on this forum you are friends with Stephanie Bon. http://jeremybamberforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,6614.msg344104.html#msg344104

Yet Miss Bon sent me a PM stating SH had committed a burglary before the murder (She wasn't referring to the Zenith burglary). This was prior to his confession btw.

Her PM was submitted to the CCRC as evidence, so no need to question the authenticity.

In all the years she campaigned, her website stated SH had never committed any burglaries!? Or words to that effect. http://www.bushywood.com/BBC_Rough_Justice.htm

Yet here you are questioning Susan B's allegations made in her statement and about her 'behaviour.' Bit hypocritical don't you think?

It's very strange that this topic is very thin on the ground with posts from the guilty brigade

People are even trying to take the thread off topic

What's abnormal about her and JM repaying the money to the bank? Should they have kept it?

On 29th Aug a party was held at SB/JM's home to celebrate JM's 21st.  During the party SB "jokingly" gestured to put cream on JB's neck as he was sorting out JM's birthday cake out:

Hmmm so JM tells SB JB had a direct hand in murdering his entire immediate family and 2/3 days later SB wants to joke around with JB

Nothing wrong with this behaviour ?

That's probably why she got really upset after he pushed the cake in her face.

As if anyone would play fight with someone who had just murdered 3 adults and 2 children

Further evidence that Jeremy had NOTHING to do with the murders

Battersby and Mugford formed a close bond to carry out the cheque frauds
